Breakfast ok.

To make it quick and simple, better avoid that hotel with such arrogant receptionists ! The worst one being Angelica on the front desk and Paulo at night. Avoid them they just see you as a cash machine, not as a customer. Horrible. Also the bathroom was out of order, probably because they are far too old and not well maintained, and wifi is horrible. Continuously disconnecting. Small problems that could be excusable when you are well attended, but… receptionist do not do anything to help you. At all.

The personal from the hotel are very helpfull. Joan from the front desk helped me in everything even for coordinate my trips by bus. Mrs Banda makes the best tapiocas! and Jaime from the bar offers an excellent service.
