Fantastic location and wonderful

Parking is an absolute nightmare. We parked at the hotel and tbh it feels like taking your life (and pedestrians) in your own hand. It was horrible. Also... we weren't aware that once parked it's difficult to get the car out again because of time restrictions! We really wanted to drive to the more rugged north of the lake but get it too risky to move the car.

Das Eden liegt tatsächlich alten Zentrum von Sirmione - das ist toll zum flanieren, aber ein wenig eine Challenge wenn man mit dem Auto ankommt und dort in den Menschenmassen der Quasi-Fussgängerzone nach dem Hotel sucht. Man hat uns dann aber sogar eine Mitarbeiterin geschickt, die uns dann ins Parkhaus gelotst hat. Aber da war das Hotel super hilfreich. Mitarbeiter, Zimmer, in unserem Fall auch die Aussicht auf den See, das Frühstück - alles top, da kann man sich wirklich nicht beschweren.
Das Hotel und die Einrichtung ist nicht topmodern, sondern schon halt ein paar Jahre alt. Aber nachdem alles top in Schuss ist, ist auch das keine echter Kritikpunkt.

The location is superb, right on the lake front with fabulous views. The staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. The terrace is a lovely place to take breakfast, relax during the day or take a night cap. Breakfast is very good too.
Nothing to complain about, but an important tip. Don’t be tempted to go down the steps off the terrace into the lake. The gap at the bottom off the bottom step is too big and you can’t get back up. We had to swim to the steps next to the ferry jetty and walk back into the hotel.

Location, location, location.
Right near the ferry. Perfect Lake view
The decor of the suite needs a facelift.
But you may laugh, but this is my biggest issue with the property. At breakfast, the waitress offered the other three in our party coffee every morning. I was told that tea drinkers need to get their own from the buffet! Just a little off-putting!
