Location and quality of the rooms
The showers. The flow of hot water is sometimes unstable, so while you are taking a shower the water can suffer those abrupt changes to cold and back to hot

The staff and facilities at the hotel are always great, and it is a pleasure to stay there. I had a great room and the cleaning and maintenance staff addressed issues immediately once I bought things to their attention. I highly recommend this hotel.
Breakfast is still needed to be addressed. I have said this every time I have stayed there over the past 4 x years. They have made some improvement and added bacon to the menu, but they don't know how to use the Bain Marie (food warmer) because they are never turned on and so the food is cold. Their scrambled eggs are still slop (very watery), and they need a new toaster. The addition of an egg station to offer fried eggs or omelets would dramatically improve the breakfast offerings.

Good place for kids, indoor heated pool and plenty of sugary breakfast options
Annoying little charges (for using a coffee pod in my room), very disappointing breakfast, cold cuts and sugary pastries and scrambled eggs. Building in poor shape, buckets all over gym collecting dripping water, half of the elevators out of service, rooftop dining area, where they apparently used to have breakfast with a lovely view, no longer in operation
