This is a nice hotel very modern in an excellent location just across the road from a good mall, the staff were very nice, breakfast was exceptional and the rooms were big, it was very easy to get Ubers from this hotel
We were on a half board package which we would not normally buy this was a mistake for us as it was quite restricted and I am a fussy eater, the staff did offer me alternatives and were very good but I probably would not choose this option if I stayed again as it was really easy to get good food in the area

Great location, customer service was excellent, staff went out of their way to ensure they provided the best service. Totally recommended.

The location is fantastic, literally across the street from MUT, with easy access to all the main points of interest—from the Historic Center and Providencia to Las Condes and Vitacura.
The room could use some renovation. The lights made constant clicking noises, which was quite bothersome. The shower was also difficult to regulate, alternating between cold and extremely hot water. The bath towels were quite small as well, which was disappointing.
