A paisagem é linda, funcionários educados e bem localizada.

Travesseiros duros ao extremo. O café da manhã não havia nada regional, muito básico, totalmente diferente do que demostrado nas fotos. Escolhemos o hotel pois uma amiga falou super bem sobre o café (e também vimos isso nas fotos) da manhã e como fomos em baixa temporada não existia nada daquilo, devido estar em baixa temporada.

Location is perfect, the breakfast is also good, the staff is ok with some exceptions.

What really disappointed me is that I asked for a special treat (it was my girlfriend’s birthday) so I asked a birthday cake or something, of course paying the extras, they replied me ok and nothing happened. When a place don’t listen to the customers and don’t make them feel special, is a place that i wouldn’t recommend and of course, I’ll never stay there again. The staff is not that friendly as usual in morro.

The location is incredible, right next to the beach. Also the breakfast was awesome, with many options.

The pool area is quite small for the number of rooms. It is quite an expensive place too, and they dont even give complimentary water in the rooms
