Extremely clean , lovely view, very helpful staff

The staff. All very friendly. The food was very good too.
My room was ever so slightly ‘tired’ however it was quiet which is what I had asked for. The bathroom was beautiful, very clean. I just thought the bedding was quite old but nothing major.

Very comfortable beds and the rooms are nice.
The food is ok, nice game room for the kids.
As you can’t have a late check out they give you a room for 30 minutes where you can shower and change at no charge. The view here is amazing and makes it worth the money.
Paying for different things even though you’ve paid for all inclusive even ice cream for the kids. Some of the rooms are far from the elevators, not being able to answer the question of late check out before the day you are checking out. The food was ok, but it was the same every other day. And only buffet restaurants. The desserts are not good. No sunbeds at our terrace. The people working at the reception was really nice and smiling, but some of the staff in the stores and pool bars were not so friendly.
The kids area in the day time was not good.

Die Nähe zu den Restaurants in Puerto Rico und Playa de Amadores war ein weiteres Plus.
