Room size

Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. Excellent location. Breakfast outstanding. Bed super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The room was clean.

More milk for coffee.

The hotel is in a perfect location with an amazing view, and features beautifully decorated, high-quality minimalist rooms. The receptionist (a gentleman) was excellent and very helpful—he even booked an activity for us, and was funny and welcoming. The younger gentleman from room service who brought our items was also very smiling, helpful, and professional. While the price is quite high and the rooms are a little bit small, the staff made a great impression. Breakfast was an exceptional experience with top-tier ingredients. The restaurant food was excellent, though the venue was clearly busy and overbooked. Because of the crowd, the organization was a bit chaotic despite the staff working hard and doing their best.

I was disappointed because I was expecting a room with a big window as shown in the photos. I insisted on this, but they preferred to give that room to other guests who were staying longer, which was disappointing. The restaurant manager seemed a bit overwhelmed and less welcoming at first due to the rush, but the food itself was great.

As like everyone who stays at this hotel the most liked thing is the location
