Nice rooms, helpfull staff, tasty food, friendly and comfortable atmosphere, good activities. Very recommended!

Very well placed in terms of not having a lot of people stroll around the parking lot. I loved the fact that the parking was guarded and that the cars were not left on the street like at some other hotels.

This was not the property’s fault or the staff’s. They were all impeccable, we were just unlucky that for the first days of our stay there was a huge group of gypsies (roma ethnics) who were incredibly loud and super disrespectful and really bothered everyone. Everyone was super excited and happy when these people left. Maybe it would be good for the hotel staff to address this issue (tell them not to be so loud) when there are larger groups of people being accommodated. Whenever there is a larger group, this group tends to annoy everyone else

Extremely comfortable bed, I would love to know the brand of the mattress or topper used, I was seriously thinking to purchase one. The personnel was nice, always helpful and everything was smooth. We particularly enjoyed the presence of Nicki (entertainment MC) and the girls from his team. There was also a very helpful Asian boy by the pool, I don't remember his name but I think he was the only one who asked us if we want something to drink while collecting the empty glasses. In short, very relaxed atmosphere maintained by very pleasant staff

We felt like the thematic dinners were not reflected in the food so much. Especially during the seafood dinner, there was only one dish with seafood. Generally, the cold appetisers were more or less the same. For the hot dishes as well, always 80% chicken and sometimes other meats. However, the hot sides were nice and always different. Snack bar was a good addition for in-between meals cravings. I would have loved for the dinner to be until 22:00. The fitness and jacuzzi part are really disappointing for the 4-star raining of the hotel. Everything smells like mold, there are no windows and the very few fitness gear available is rather old. Not a place for couples or groups who look for more peace or don’t like children so much.

Excellent hotel! I am very glad that I made this choice!. The staff is very attentive and polite. Exceptional and diverse food. The room is clean, score 10 for the cleaning staff, for the waiters and for all the staff. Nice activities in the evening at the stage, zumba, gym pool, fitness room a bit small and poorly equipped but excellent for those who want to exercise a little. You get 2 towels for the pool bed in the room, which are changed daily with new ones. Very close to the center if you take the stairs next to the pool. the snack bar equipped with many fruits, burgers, ice cream, cookies. In the bathroom you can find hair conditioner and body lotion. In the room you also have a minibar that is filled every day with beer, wine and something sweet. You have everything you need, you don't need any extra money except for the tip of the staff which is really worth it.

The pool is located between the hotels and you can enjoy the sun until 5 PM. The SPA is intended only for people who have booked over a week and have access only once during this period/person after booking at the reception. The fitness room should be slightly improved, the machines are a bit old and a little damaged.

I liked that we got a free room upgrade. The rooms are big and confy. You get free beer, juice, water and coffee in the room. The staff is super. The food is good and varied and the drinks are good quality compared to most of the Bulgarian hotels.

It was not my first time at HVD Viva Club but it will be my last 😞. Although in my reservation I had free beach acces, when I got to the hotel they told me that their beach is not open. Not only that, but they didn't even have the shuttle to take the customer to other beaches. So each they I had to spend a lot of money on private beaches. Also, it is far from the beach ( maybe 1 km) after you have to go down 80 stairs ( that you have to climb again on your way back to the hotel). The only thing the hotel did to compensate this matter was a late check-out...
