Great location near everything you could want or need. staff were kind and very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was nice as well.

Had a issue with our key cards not working every night but the staff were quick to fix the issue.

Spectacular and pampering hotel. In terms of location it is really close to the fortress and less to the old town but still a central location and walking distance from the old town. The walk to the old town from the hotel is via the Charles Bridge and full of beautiful alleys. A perfect hotel.

Great atmosphere, for the price of an American business hotel. It contains many quirky items throughout the hotel. It has an atmosphere calling back to an earlier era of Prague. Staff are extremely helpful, and sometimes it feels as if transported back to an older more civilized era. Extra comfort in the rooms, with showers with water pressure that does not exist anywhere in the US. Excellent location, just below the palace, easy to walk to anything in the city. The whole family appreciated it.

Expensive breakfast. All fresh food and tasty and well presented, but Prague has so many inexpensive eateries. Even for such high quality food it just felt pricy.
