The property is in the perfect location to travel around. literally a stone’s throw away from the Prague Castle and most things a 10/15min walk

I thought wellness Center meant the property had a gym. But it didn’t, just the spa, but the spa is incredible

The staff were wonderful, the room was exceptionally comfortable, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a real treat!

The WiFi is unfortunately not great, so trying to watch Netflix is impossible; however, that’s minor.

It is an awesome place, with an incredible staff, a great restaurant with dozens of options for breakfast and dinner. The spa is wonderful, truly a plus. The location is perfect, far from the noise and close to the interesting places in the city.

It is hard to find something negative about this place, maybe, that our rooms were not part of the main building therefore during winter it could be a cold experience to get the breakfast.

There is no elevator in the hotel so had to climb two storeys with luggage. We checked in on an icy December evening and there was no black salt sprinkled on the footpath and entrance of the hotel making us slip and slide.

The bathroom was very cool with a shower, a small jacuzzi, and pleasant floor heating. To my knowledge, there wasn't any other topic to be mentioned as positive.

We stayed in the hotel attracted by the vegan-friendly advertisement for the hotel and its restaurant but unfortunately was just an attraction for tourists. The website advertises a 3-course vegan dinner menu, but both reception and the restaurant staff confirm that nothing exists. On the menu, there is only ONE vegan option, a burger, so I cannot consider it an option for a restaurant of an allegedly conceded 5-star hotel. For the breakfast, I needed to ask to waitress for any plant milk and after a while, they were able to find a pack of soy milk and make us a cappuccino. We had to eat only bread with the only jam available (even 4-star hotels usually have at least peanut butter or multiple choices of bread) and some cornflakes. There are other vegan-friendly hints starting from the flyer for the hotel guests to the restaurant menu mentioning an entire vegan dedicated menu, that unfortunately does not exist. Please avoid this scam. Another bad experience is related to the separation between our room building and the main hotel building and the lack of communication phone or the possibility to reach hotel reception by mobile phone as nobody was picking up the calls. So as recommended by the receptionist I always had to dress up (considering the cold weather) and walk to the hotel building for any kind of question.

Breakfast is pretty good. The bath is just great. Staff is helpful and polite

Food in restaurant is not the best, do not recommend it for you dinner. As well sauna has no windows, and no hood, so it seems to be dangerous to rest there.
