部屋がとても綺麗で受付のスタッフさんもとても親切でした！ ありがとうございました♪

The location The staff The dining room & the fact that we were provided with an early check time after a long overnight flight

That no room service was available A defective room safe. BIG STRESS PERIOD

The hotel was "ok" and to be fair I am comparing it to other major capital cities so I dont know about tokyo. Sylish lobby. Rooms were OK - great housekeeping - and it was really central. Nice enough bar and bar staff were friendly.

There is no porter on arrival - and the face of the hotel....the reception staff were...I dunno...just a bit stressed and miserable. There was one guy..manager I think - wondering around in a casual suit longish dark hair no name tag so I couldnt say - liked to look the part but very innefective. My feedback to the owners would be to send in some scouts to just see how poor the front of house set-up is and then train the staff - starting with the supervisor / manager at the front
