El alojamiento es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la plaza, cerca al mercado San Camilo y otros lugares. El personal fue muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se necesite. Junto a mis padres lo pasamos bonito, sin duda volvería a reservar aquí.

Everything! Fantastic location close to the Plaza de Armas. Lovely room with a terrace outside. Breakfast - tea/coffee, orange juice, bread and jam, cheese and fried egg. Amazing value for money. And the staff let us leave our rucksacks there all day before we caught a night bus.

Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar durante toda a estadia.
A localização é excelente, a apenas 5 minutos a pé da Praça de Armas, o que facilita muito o acesso aos principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes e comércios da região.
O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, o que tornou o ambiente desconfortável.
O banheiro apresentava um odor desagradável muito forte.
O chuveiro tinha pouca pressão, saía pouca água e a temperatura não aquecia o suficiente.
A janela de vidro, com uma cortina muito fina, permitia a entrada de muita claridade no quarto logo cedo.
Durante a noite, o barulho da música dos bares e casas noturnas ao redor era muito intenso, dificultando o sono e comprometendo o descanso.
