Cinque Terra is amazing. The apartment was very clean & accommodating. Plenty of room. Loved having access to a washing machine to get caught up on laundry. Such a darling town! The communication from the manager was great, directions to the apartment was great. The only downside- it’s up a steep hill, & lugging suitcases was not fun. Also- 4 flights of stairs! Just be ready for that!

Very cute apt! Well equipped with everything needed for the stay. Owner is very nice and communicated with us throughout. Def recommend if you’re visiting Riomaggiore.

The property was not what it appeared online. Expensive for what it was and had to have the fridge and freezer cleaned and areas of the bedroom and upstairs shower room cleaned. The property manager did respond immediately but there was a lack of attention to detail. However she did put a bottle of bubbly into the fridge for us which was appreciated. I have stayed in riomaggiore before in an apartment looking over the bay which was immaculate and views breathtaking and less expensive. This apartment needs some attention. But the area does not disappoint.

All the important things worked fine. Good Wi-Fi and good air conditioning. The appearance could be improved.

Great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. Really wonderful. The owner Angela was great too, very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay there again!

We loved this place - the great location made it easy to explore the town and surrounding countryside, plus it has fun decor and was well-stocked. We enjoyed the sights and sounds of Riomaggiore from the balconies, which were nice respite from the crowds. Hosts/contact person was very detailed and helpful. If you’re lucky enough to book this apartment, just pack light and be prepared for lots of stairs :)

My husband and I recently spent four days exploring the towns of Cinque Terre. This lovely, two floor apartment, high above the town was the perfect home base for us. It was quiet, clean and had a well-equipped kitchen for home cooked breakfast before the days’ hikes began. We particularly loved the three balconies! Wonderful for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The host was lovely and responsive and even came to our aid quickly when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment!

Stayed for 3 nights our host, Angela, was quick to help and respond to our questions and more. The apartment was clean and in a great location right off the main street, Via Colombo. Riomaggiore is super steep and not easy to walk around for sure and if you choose this apartment it is on the top floor so be prepared to do a lot of uphill walking. I would stay in this apartment again if I ever go back to Riomaggiore but I would prefer to stay at a less hilly town such as Vernazza next time.

Great location, updated apartment. Easy to get between towns using the train. Nice restaurants. Make sure you are able to walk up hills and steep stairs. It is a 4 story walk-up. Difficult if you have large luggage. Parking is also tricky if you have a car.

You should know that there are a lot of steps to climb to the front door and another flight within the apartment, in case that's an issue. It wasn't for us. Host's manager gave good directions to get there from the train station. Great location to jump on the train and explore Cinque Terra!

The host is super friendly and did provide useful info for us during our stay, and also helpful to our extra request haha ;-) really appreciate it. nevertheless, room interior is cool and brand new which gave our stay even delightful. We will surely go back, thank you.

We were very happy with this rental. It was clean and cozy, in a good location, just on the edge of the busy Main Street, with a good view. Our host was terrific.

A wonderful experience, the host was very helpful, provided detailed instructions on check in, using the appliances, ferry schedules, anything you needed. We utilized all 3 balconies, in the morning and the evenings, glorious! And the church bells ... all part of the charm.

The biggest issue you will face is bringing your luggage from the train station. Veronica gives a lot of details and pictures to ensure accuracy. The apartment is at the very top, so if you have heavy luggage this will be a challenge tackling 5 flights of stairs. Location is very good and quick walk down to all the restaurants and bars

We were surprised as to how cute and spacious this apartment was. It has everything you need. The balconies are perfect. We sat outside every night and enjoyed our wine looking at the Mediterranean Sea and town Veronica was over the top in helping us with everything. She was a personal concierge. Always easy to get a hold of and responded immediately to our our needs. It is in a cute part of town. We are looking forward to coming back. Also the apartment has been updated! Air conditioning was excellent!!!!

This was our first time to Cinque Terre and read so many different opinions about which city to stay in. I would stay in Riomaggiore every time! Some people may want a quiet, sleepy town and I believe the other towns may offer this. However, this one had just the right element of energy during the day and evenings, yet nice, quiet mornings and evenings to enjoy. Apartment: perfect location. Although up a steep hill, it was great exercise each day, enough out of the hustle and bustle of the town, yet not too far of a hike each day. We enjoyed a quick walk in the morning to get coffee and breakfast at the shops or to run out for a bottle of wine at night to enjoy from the balcony. The beds were super comfortable, the A/C worked great (critical given the extreme heat this summer!) and the washer and dryer lines were much needed and used! The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and updated. Veronica, the host, was a doll! She was great to communicate with, dropped off laundry soap when we ran out and even came by to check on things or wave to us from across the way when she saw us sitting on the balcony. I felt like we made a friend for life in Cinque Terre! I can't imagine a better place to stay when visiting this beautiful place.

Unbelievable view and location! The view of Basillica Santa Croce from the windows is stunning. The communication with our host Serena was great. She was quick to respond to any concerns or questions. The property was very clean and comfortable. Letizia was a huge help with our arrival and departure. Both Serena and Letizia provided recommendations for places to eat as well. The stairs may be an issue for anyone not in physical shape but the view is more than worth the stairs! There was late night activity but we read the previous reviews and expected it as part of our experience and took earplugs so it wasn’t an issue for us. When we go back to Florence, we will not consider any other properties.
