Pros :The Resort was incredibly beautiful and scenic , everything you could want and need …. almost ( cons ) , the cleaners were so sweet , leaving me some cute decorative pieces on my bed , amazing choices of food for all tastes , plenty of entertainment in the evenings . I really enjoyed my stay overall Beds and linens lovely and clean and comfortable, nice stocked mini bar fridge all inclusive

Cons: I only really had one thing that they could change , there is no iron or any chance of getting one brought to your room , I arrived very late in the evening after a long flight and had nothing to wear for the warm temp that didn’t need ironing , I had it suggested by staff that some people bring an iron or I could wait til next day and send things to be ironed by them , I get it , it’s an extra add on for them but it’s really inconvenient. My room had a gorgeous view , loved it , only downside was that it had an adjoining door and after a day or two a heavy smoker moved into the next room , clearly they smoked in the room all night which did come under the adjoining door during the night ( keep in mind this is not the hotels fault they clearly say no smoking in the rooms and can’t be responsible for people that don’t care about rules )

Room needs renovation

An amazing location with a nice beach and pool and food. All the staff are amazing. Rooms are clean and we were well taken care of

Music by the live DJ at the beach entertainment area at night can be more quality house music rather than tasteless old pop remixes. Also the hype guy there needs to intervene less by shouting into the mic. Pool playlist can be a perfect example of taste. Really enjoyed it there. Also the 7/24 restaurant needs more staff as the service requires countless efforts to be served there.
