Enorme Teatro Beach - Adults Only

Sauber, freundlich, gute Lage

Die stetige Musik fast rund um die Uhr im Aussenbereich, auch wenn nach Mitternacht niemand mehr da war. Wir haben uns 3x beschwert. Adults only gilt offensichtlich nur für den Pool.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Das es ein kleines Hotel ist. Zimmer sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das man die Musik bis zum Strand hört.

Das Servicepersonal war meist sehr langsam

Everything! Swim up pool, beach bar, restaurant, bedrooms were clean and comfy!

Very good location, right on the beach with easy access to shops and other restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice terrace and view of the sea. The service on the beach is very good and prompt. The room is spacious and the bed was decent. The coffee maker in the room and the room terrace were a plus. I also appreciated the cleaning services.

On the other hand, we were very disappointed with the room and the state we found it in. Chipped and stained walls, broken shower head, broken toilet flush, etc. - definitely a big difference from what you see in the pictures. This is definitely not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. The overall image is of a hotel left adrift and neglected. Overall, it is low value for the money and the number of stars - that's what the rating reflects. The staff is not very welcoming, the sun beds are very close together which gives you no personal space and the music is noisy and pretty bad. But here I also feel we might not be the demographic or target audience for this hotel. It seems to be for people in their 20s and early 30s. The rusted umbrellas and other elements on the terrace maintain that negligence feeling throughout the experience. I would rate this an 8 if the price was half of what we paid, but for EUR 4,000 for 12 nights, we expected quality and rooms in top shape.
