Great hotel stay with a view of Fuji! The staff were super friendly during our stay, and the shuttle to/from the station was very convenient.

The property was beautiful and clean and the staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful! They were able to speak English and help schedule a pickup from the train station. We had breakfast which was excellent as well with a great variety of high quality dishes.

Everything was fantastic, from the room to the staff, the quality of my stay exceeded my expectations! Everyone was very helpful, I even got free shuttle services to the station, as well as pickup. The food was absolutely delicious and the view from my room was incredible. The onsen was perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

Breakfast was so good. We didn’t know that dinner had to be booked few days in advance and missed out. The service was superb, we left a watch there and they contacted us proactively and shipped it back.

Everything is perfect. The receptions are very nice and helpful, the room is warm and comfortable, you can see Fuji and Kawaguchiko lake by your room window, meals are very tasty, everything is worth every penny.

Me and my wife arrived the Kawaguchiko Station around noon which was before the normal check in time but the owner of the hotel drove us to the hotel from the bus station and allow our luggage kept in the front desk. He then drove us to the cable car station and boat ride. The owner couple are very nice and they tried to communicate us in English. The meal were very good and well presented. We could see part of the Fuji mountain from our room. They gave us 2 set of Fuji mountain posters when we were checking out. The owner drove us to bus station and we had a great trip there.

The location of the hotel is not close to the bus station. However, the owner will provide free shuttle.

Dinner was amazing

It would be nice to not be watched consistently by the staff while we eat. I understand the staff is wants to understand when to bring the next dishes, but it would greatly help to have a relaxed dining experience.
