Breakfast was great, cereals, juice and pastries followed by home cooked breakfast.
Truly pet friendly, we needed to bring the cat as in between house moves.
Although we didn't use the pool or jacuzzi it was a nice addition, and looked very well maintained.
Sofa could have been a bit more comfortable.

Pool was lovely, huge hit with our 7 year old.
Beds super comfy
Ian was a great host couldn’t do enough for us.
Toilet in room not fixed to floor, but easy fix -
Tv wouldn’t connect to internet for Netflix etc
Had to park on main road due to cars not parking in spaces correctly at property.

We were welcomed straight away by the lovely hosts. The pool was an absolute bonus and poolside seats to just lounge and relax, with a lovely selection of food and drinks to choose from too. Our apartment was just what we needed for a couple of nights. Really easy to get a bus into town/sea front too, or a 20 mins walk.

Didn't really stay long enough to experience much. We got to use the pool, which was nice. The host was friendly. Oh. They had an EV charger.
We found the hotel to be extremely noisy. I know that noise can be very subjective. And will probably be different week-to-week. For every person complaining about noise, there's probably someone upstairs having a whale of a time. So, I've tried to be fair and not mark it down to a level that we probably would have on the day.
But we seemed to be walked to the far end of the hotel, placed next to the swimming pool/smoking area on a hot day, when we needed the windows open. There was a lot of noise from the pool and people right outside our window chatting in the early evening, and later in the evening we could hear phonesex-girl down the corridor in the sort of social area, even if we went and closed the door in the corridor. We tried staying, but when everyone upstairs came back after midnight and decided to start dancing and moving all the furniture around, followed by seemingly continuous showers, we gave up. We paid for 3 nights. Left after 1am, the first night. A decision not taken lightly (with a 3 hour journey back).
It didn't seem the best area, if you needed to take your dog out for a walk.
