Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Decent breakfast, excellent staff with probably the best English speakers I‘ve encountered in Taiwan. Very helpful and polite!

Comfortable and adequate

The staff were very helpful

The rooms were tired with signs of wear. The shower was in real need of a good scrub and the corking was all mouldy.

Room is clean. Staffs are very friendly and professional.

Wifi signal was weak. Pillows were too soft. Suggest to provide one more set of pillow in each room.

considered as the best hotel in the vicinity for Taichung

considered as the most luxurious hotel stay for the money and also it being near to Taichung station. this place is near a few tourist attractions and counter staff was also helpful and polite

lift has got card scanner but it is faulty. felt like not much security in place

convenient location and good options with breakfast, hope the overalll cleanses of the rooms could be improve.

the cleanses of the room, it was dusty and carpet was not clean at all during our stay for 4 nights

Exceptional

The room was exceptional.. Our room was upgraded and the facilities are superb. The mini bar is so cool.. The bed is so comfortable. The location is very near in the TRA and bus station.

Great stay

The breakfast was very good and staff was very attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean.

I had a bed bug problem but was able to move rooms next day.

Well located hotel

Very central hotel, the train station is very close

They withheld the amount of the instance on my card before arriving. Then I was charged at the hotel upon entering. I am waiting for the first amount to be returned

Clean hotel near train station, with comfortable family rooms.

There was a good bathroom. The room was very nice. The location was extremely good in city center, near the station and a bus stop to go to museums.

The walls are probably not thick enough for an ideal soundproofing. We could hear other rooms' televisions...
