Very prime location close to both hyde park and green park
The street is very quite but the neighborhood is lively
I would recommend this stay to everyone who comes to london
- I think the bedroom (beds mattress) need sone attention they could improve it with minimum cost
- price: I am not knowledgeable about London prices but 1300£ for 2 nights is quite steep
- the building has 10 apartments all run by the same company ours was in the 1st floor so we didn’t need the lift but the lift was broken during our stay

The location was exceptional! everything was nearby and the neighborhood is amazing! calm, secure and lovely. The living room was 10/10 and they had bidet in all the bathrooms which was amazing thing to see! Lastly, the staff were kind and friendly.
I slept on one of the twin beds, I really didn’t feel comfortable at all it was small bed.. paying that much for the stay should get you something comfortable at least! the other thing, the water for the shower it was a little bit weak.

Spacious, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with separate dining area, excellent location in Mayfair close to Hyde Park and city center, lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance.
overall lovely accommodation, however once you look closer at the walls or one or the other furniture there are a few ditches here and there. I would rate the location as good and great value for money, however it doesn’t match highest luxury expectations as the fotos online suggest. overall a good to very good location with great value for money and I would come back again.

The location was walkable to Green Park Station, M&S, express Tesco, pubs and bistro .. even to Buckingham palace. It felt safe too at night.

We were told that the apartment was going to be changed on the same day of the booking, giving us no time to react or even change the booking if we wanted to. We are 6 people and we were looking for a 4 bedroom so everyone can be comfortable.
This was a very bad experience all round, and made the our trip go downhill. “Manuel” the check in person wouldn’t help us with this issue and was rude with his treatment with us.
We paid for a 4 bedroom apartment instead we got a 2 bedroom, and when we expressed that issue with the check in manager he rudely told us to cancel the booking and leave because he didn’t have time to argue. This is not the way to treat your customers at all. Also, the hallways in the building had no lights.

Great place to spend time in London, close to shops and Buckingham Palace. Close to tube . Great apartment to stay in . Really recommend 👌

the location
the left was very small, always stocked on the 4th flour and unsafe, no water procure in the bathroom and hard to take shower, old furniture, broken windows. we booked an apartment for 7 people and it was good for 5 only. 2 bedroom one with a double bed and the second one 2 single bed and a sofa bed which it wasn’t really a sofa bed for an adult. it’s mentioned that there are air conditioning but there was only 2 stand air condition which you need to keep the window open for the pipe and it’s uncomfortable because of outside noises.

Our stay was exceptional. Appartament location, cleanness and facilities were very good. Additionally host attention exceed our expectations. Not only they contacted us before arriving to understand our needs, but also helped us out at arrival, giving us all kind of hints to better enjoy our short visit to London. Moreover, they located us in a bigger sized appartment proactively, once they had it available, and they thought it would make our stay more confortable. As mentioned this was an unexpected attention showing their interest to please and care guests.

Property was centrally located, excellent spot but not noisy as in a quieter part of Mayfair. Apartment was a great size for a family of 4, 2 in the room, 3 on the sleeper couch. Great value as well!

Frequency of emptying the waste bin and cleaning the apartment was poor. There was no cleanup for 5 days!

Was dated and some items damaged or not working, was moths in the wardrobe. Could smell what may have been moth balls.
The was noise of rumbling that did keep waking me up
