Location was good in Mayfair. However you can reach anywhere in london by walking especially in winter either you stayed in Mayfair or knights bridge or Marylebone
It is not clean at all. All bed sheets were dirty since we arrived it seems it was not changed from the last visitor . We stayed 5 nights and were promised 2 free housekeeping visits , but nobody showed up to clean at during our visit . We had to clean every day just to keep place a bit tidy espically that we took the 2 bedrooms apartment. Safe box was locked I contacted the manager or the apt owner to unlock he totally ignored my request . So I had to take valuable things with me all the time outside when I leave the apartment such as cards or all cash and all passports ! There were no good Maintenace in the apartment u can see that from doors and heaters bathroom balcony door and curtains . All poorly installed I guess but I guess it is not my problem but I Wouldn’t call this 5 star apartment ! If you are planing to check out and leave your bags beautiful because there is no place to keep your stuff until move to the airport . You will have to drags your bags to another building which is a hassle. Apart from the nice location I would not book again in this apartment mainly because it was not cleaned at all. There are other accommodation in the area that are cheaper and nicer .

Unfortunately the apartment not as expected as it showed in the booking..The apartment given to us not reflecting the one in booking
I have taken some pictures to share in the review…
1- No lights in the room
2- Doors without locks rooms and toilet no privacy
3- Room door it’s not closing because of the bed size hitting it..
5- Both toilets tiles are broken leading to injury risks, and water lining on washing basins.. shied in pictures
6-Sitting room very small which is not reflecting the picture
7-Very old furnitures two glass tables I asked to be removed otherwise will fall down..
8- Not recommended for family stay at all..
9- I have asked for two extra beds.. and provided
10- less towels provided..
11- washbasin mixers not working properly and loose.
12- Very difficult to live in due to noise coming from everything like door opening as well floors..

One of the worst stays! I arrived for work purposes for a two day meeting in London! I checked in to the apartment around 5.30pm and at 7pm the phone alarm kept going off! The alarm is there a bell if someone rings downstairs and it was directly in the middle of my bedroom as someone must have buzzed! I called and messaged the whatsapp number i was given as per the contact page. He told me to go downstairs and press the buzzer again as it seems faulty! It did not turn off! I messaged them again and go no response! The loud bell went on from 7pm to 9am the next day i checked out! I send videos to the owner at 7pm, 10pm. 12am and even 3.30am that i cannot sleep in this noise! I even messaged from the booking.com messaging service but got no response. The man replied this morning saying sorry! I was exhausted for my important meeting with a client with 0-2 hours sleep! I couldnt take client calls or even work in the apartment as it was soo loud! Worst stay ever! I would like someone to look into this complaint for me

Location. Very nice kitchen. Comfortable bed. Paulo was supportive with questions about the apartment.
The bathroom was old but okay but with a wonky toilet roll holder, holes in the cupboards. The apartment was compact with a strange unpleasant smell, standalone radiators in the the bedroom and living room making it congested. Loud and noisy water tank everytime you used the bathroom making it hard to sleep. Could heard the elevator and people in the corridor so could not sleep. Not.worth the money paid.

the bathroom was dangerous, the hot water system was faulty, we had an electrical fire, the response times were terrible, our taxi was never booked, we were left outside waiting for hours, even though we were told we could drop off bags early!!! I could go on ….

The Location was great...as a family with small kids it was a close walk yo hydepark play area and near by grocery stores..and tube station...
The beds were comfortable and flat was spacious as a family of 5 we did not to feel crammed
The elevator was out on our 1st day then was working fine.
Room cleaning was regular.

Everyroom has modern heaters on and ready for us
Only received an automated response to our sent arrival time (international flight)trying to arrange at least to drop off our luggage while we wait for check in time. We waited a few hours in a near by coffee shop with our kids and luggage until we got an answer but they kindly took our luggage until the room was ready and placed them up in the room for us when we get back

location was brilliant and the flexibility of the apartment allowing everyone their own space
property could do with some maintainable, kitchen cupboard doors falling off, power points falling off the wall but for a family of older children it was great

The apartment is located really close to Buckingham palace and also within walking distance from SOHO or Covent Garden. There is lift for those who worry about bringing luggages up & down the stairs. The communication with the hosts were very nice, they were also providing us with good information regarding London. Property is very clean.

Service and communication was non-existent. We asked for our room not to cleaned and only replace our towels. We came back to the apartment that evening to find that someone has gone through our personal belongings and taken stuff. We advise the manager and messaged the apartment with absolutely no response.
