The room was pleasant, although it looked a little tired in places. The dinner was very enjoyable. Breakfast was plentiful.
My room overlooked the spa and the fans were going on and off during the night disturbing my sleep

The staff were amazing every staff memeber were friendly and very helpful. The room was very comfy and the food was beautiful. The bar had a good lively atmosphere both nights we stayed.
Around the spa there was a lot of wasps I understand there is meant to be a nest somehwere but we feel like this should be dealt with really as when in hot tubs and pool wasps are falling in on top of you and around drinks. Also feel like around the top hottub especially coulf have been a bit cleaner.

The breakfast bap was nice
Underwhelming. Overpriced. Galgorm prices but not same value or ambience included.
Room was far too warm, uncomfortable to sleep in.
