Close to the station. Decently priced. The staff was helpful and friendly. Had all the facilities needed.
The building is a bit worn out. Walls are so thin that I could hear the conversation my neighbors were having late at night.

The room was very clean. It was a very warm night but there were fans provided in the room.
The staff were available and friendly.
The location for travelling by train was excellent.
The room was small but it is central London and the price was very reasonable. There was no breakfast but plenty of places close by to buy food.

Cleanliness of room, high quality shower, fans in the room. It was easy to check in, after showing identification we were in the room in a minute, there was no noise issues even with the window open and was very affordable.
There were no dislikes.

Priced accordingly, definitely a step up from hostels. Ideal central location, a block away to both St Pancras and Kings Cross, and also 5-10 minutes walk away from Euston station.
All the rooms seems quite small. As such, the room amenities are barebone but sufficient. The room can be hot in the summer, as it was still a bit stuffy in late September, but they have a table fan. Front facing rooms can get a bit noisy due to main road (for light sleepers).

"The location was perfect, 5 mins walk to St Pancras. Plenty of places close by to eat and drink. Dropped our suitcase off at 9am. The chap on reception was very helpful. We would definitely stay here..."
