el Restaurante y el Desayuno cuenta con bar y sauna excelente lugar. uno sale relajado y está a menos de 5 minutos en taxi del aeropuerto y a 10 minutos en taxi del caso histórico un lugar alejado del tráfico vehicular; si vas a descansar y relajarte es una buena opción.👍🏼

Habitaciones sucias , muy sonoro , nada que ver con las fotos . No puedes dormir bien .está lejos del centro. El hotel se cae por dentro . Horrible

La piscina de hidromasaje del segundo piso. El baño de vapor de eucaliptus. El yoghurt de lúcuma del desayuno. La amabilidad de la chica de la cocina.

Ventana ciega hacia un espacio interior diminuto. Claustrofóbico. Demasiado ruido de cañerías y otros durante todo el tiempo. Día y noche. Había que abrir las llaves de la ducha y lavamanos como 5 minutos antes para que se calentara el agua. No había gorra de baño.

Personal war okay, konnte das Zimmer wechseln.

Zimmer entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Wurde dann in die große Suite für eine Nacht überführt. Für die zweite Nacht war das leider nicht möglich, entsprechend bin ich früher abgereist. Die Sauna und der Pool sind schön gedacht aber in die Jahre und runtergekommen.

Que no tenía ventana a la calle, y no me gusta el piso de alfombra

Room was spacious, but kind of empty. Bed was OK. Balcony wasn't really balcony, just doorwindows you can open, not so big deal because view is to the street/ wall. Heaters were good to exist, nights are cold. Breakfast is not breakfast, it's snack, poor is too much to say about that. Whole hotel was stinking, and awful amount of using airfresheners and different odors just made it worse, (that stink seemed to exist all around the Cusco more or less though). Altitude sickness in height of Cusco itself is remarkable so would be better at least in the hotel consider to better air-conditioning. Jacuzzi in the bathroom sounds fancy, but the smell of the bathroom and water took that pleasure from us. Specially there this rotten/cat pee/excrement was unbearable. We were offered to use one time sauna and pool during our stay for one hour, what we should've reserve beforehand but we didn't use it, sounded so complicated and we wondered specially with the pool that why time is it so limited if it's existing there anyway. Some kind of construction was going on on upper floors so was quite impossible to rest in the room in a daytime. Distances to all around are long but taxis are very cheap. Staff of the hotel were friendly, mostly in Spanish language, but we managed. Much trying kind of, but not 3 star hotel, sorry to say.

Que la piscina solo era 1 hora , pero la atención y las instalaciones excelentes

Apenas me gusto nada del alojamiento.

Había una falta de limpieza e higiene considerable. La habitación era muy húmeda y las instalaciones de spa tenían insectos flotando en el agua y había moho por todas partes.
