We did like the location. The facility was nice. We loved the view from our balcony.

We had bunk beds & my son said it was uncomfortable.

the bed in the sofa.. it’s so out dated it need to be updated that bed no one could sleep on

The location was great, perfect walking distance to Pier Park! Very clean and kept!

We weren't allowed to check in early, no hair dryers in room, (should have brought my own), no hot tub on site only swimming pools and of course the ocean, the check in process was all done online, had to call to try and check in early, but still no luck.

I love the location, furniture, decor,

I feel the floors could of been swept. It was hair in the kitchen sink and in the bathroom. The knives was dirty and put back into the thing as if it was clean. The doorbell did not work, so we couldn't hear when food was being delivered. Also booking.com said it was a ground floor but it wasn't....but it was cool....we had already paid our money for it. The king size bed is not level but very soft and comfortable. But it was very nice.

Almost everything! Convenient and everything was close.

There was no broom to sweep up anything with!

I like the view from our balcony. The people were very friendly. Pool was excellent.
