Highly recommended. Airport shuttle bus stops right in front of hotel. Quiet and peaceful hotel.

Food is good, can be better if includes more varieties

it is near the ski slope at Annapuri. It is a traditional ryokan with hotspring and keisaki meals.

I wish there is more meat in the meals served.

the heater of the room was on non stop . after it was fixed , it took 2 days to finally have the room cooled down wish there was body lotion, shower cap at the bath changing room some pastries other than white toast at breakfast would be nice

Onsen gets quite crowded

The location is good and the Annupuri Ski Area is in walking distance. Food is very nice as well. The service of the hotel is really impressive. After check out in the last day, my husband found he left his phone in the room, but we were already in the train heading to airport. They responded quickly and asked the drive to send our phone to Kutchan station(that’s about 30mins drive away on the snow road). We felt really warm for that. Finally we got the phone on time and managed to catch the flight.
