Dudy was a great Host! Of the small things that bothered us, he alaways found a Solution ! He was very freindly, very nice, very helpful and informative and speaks English well

It is "outside" the city, so 10 Minuten with the Tram one must understand / know about. One must walk down many steps to the apartment and when you leave with much Suitcases...Our Room 88 was very small

The room was very small though it had a comfortable bed.

The room is actually part of an apartment. Very noisy: I could hear everything that was discussed in the living room and in the kitchen like it was next to me in the room. Couldn't sleep for the most of the nights because the owner starts cooking late at night (after 11pm, then he starts cleaning or doing some extra stuff in the house until 2-3 am), banging things, painting, vacuuming etc. To go through the terrace you need to pass through another room which is also rented, so if you feel comfortable to disturb other guests is fine. I arrived a bit earlier and being that I was with my grandma who is walking with a cane, I tried to contact the host to let the luggage there. He did not answer my texts or calls but after a few hours after I have raised a complaint with booking.com An overall very disappointing accomodation

Nice and helpful owner, rooms where clean and beutifull.

Very nice and clean place with beautiful viev of the city, close to the tram witch takes you to main atraction of the city. The ovner very helpful at any time. I highly recommend the place.

Nice location, free parking.

The room had no key, we had to leave it unlocked. Room was parfumed too much, it almost destroyed my nose 😉
