This villa has a great location in Beach Village and is located across the street from the Wyndham hotel, a short walk to the beach, and a 15-20 minute walk (via walking path at the other end of the complex) to the restaurants at Palmanova Plaza. This villa includes a bracelet for Beach Village community pool access (as correctly pictured; this is not the pool with waterslides) and has all kitchen items needed for cooking meals. Communication with both the owner and realtor responsible for the key was fast. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable, the villa was very clean, AC, wifi and all appliances worked great, the property was as described in the listing, and it seems any previous complaints noted by past VRBO reviews have been addressed.
The balcony has been enclosed and converted into a second bedroom. This space was not originally designed to be a bedroom, and there is an overhead fan, but one would have to leave the door open in order for the AC to reach this space. There were no beach chairs, we had to borrow from our nearby family. Bring a Firestick or HDMI cord for the TV.

This is a great property near the beach in a quiet resort area.
The apartment was comfortable. While there are 2 beds, it’s worth noting that access to the full bathroom is in the primary bedroom.
The beach was a short, easy walk from the apartment. The restaurants are within walking distance too but we preferred to drive because it was about 20 minutes to get there. Next time, we might rent a golf cart.
There was a slight issue with check in because we had a late arrival. But once that was resolved, we had a great time!

We never stayed at the location. Never got a contact from the owner, I Got scammed!!!! I got charged. No more Vrbo scams from us.

The only fault is the A/C didn’t work properly and needs better kitchen utensils for cook. Other than that everything was good.

Clean. Great location. Beautiful scenery. Quiet. Great property Manager. If I had to give a bad remark, it would be because of the bed and living room furniture. They are rather uncomfortable. I would still stay there again though because of the Property Manager and location.

This place is outdated and doesn't look like the pictures. The AC doesn't cool off the apartment because it's so old. Had it on 62 and nothing, still felt like 90 degrees in there. It was so hot and uncomfortable in there. Lost power few times and it took them hours to get it back up and running. I contacted owner regarding AC not working properly and was told to contact the realtor. I contacted her and it took her all day before responding. Then when we lost power again for the second time and we contact her again regarding trying to get a refund for the last 2 days to get a hotel. Still have yet to hear from her. Very irresponsible and inconsiderate. I had my 2 and 7 year with me who had to suffer in the heat. Should of known it would be an issue when no one ever got back about changing our booking. Whatever you do also be careful with washer and dryer. It's very old and rusted. It ruined and shrunk our clothes. Beach is not walkable or enjoyable due to it looking abandoned and infested with mosquitos from all the sea weed. Don't waste your time here. Find a hotel with a back up generator.

The condo was nice but very hot. The entrance stays hot at least 85 degress no air. Then the second bedroom has no a/c, and is not acceptable as the temps reached at least 90 degrees, and the a/c in living room did not help at all. Great place for couple, the second room should not be used for sleeping, way too hot.....

Beach village
This property was amazing. Very clean and easy to find. The only downfall is the second bedroom does not have AC so we did not use that bedroom. Other than that my family and I enjoyed ourselves.

In the heart of Palmas del Mar
This was a convenient location from which to scout Palmas del Mar for a week. Easy access to all the apartments I looked at, the golf club, restaurants, etc. to get a feel of what it would be like to live there. Property manager was very nice and responsive. Check in/Check out were easy with the keys being left at the gate so no waiting.

Property has an excellent location, steps from the beach. Apt. is comfortable and very clean. Owner was accessible and interested in making the stay work for us. Pool is nice and Palmas del Mar is always a great place to be.
Master Bedroom is comfortable and kitchen is very nice. Extra room does need a/c as it can get warm. Sofa needs some TLC. For the price it is a good value. All in all, would come back, and might do so.

Their was a gap in communication between the owner and key holder, key holder said we arrived a day early, immediately texted owner he was able to fix problem.
