We have been to Palmas Del Mar in Humacao several times, this was the first time we did VRBO. The condo had an ocean view which was across from the hotel. We didn’t cook in the condo, we preferred to go up to Palmonova Plaza for dinner. One day we drove to Luquillo Beach which was about 30 minutes from the condo. Beautiful beach with fresh Pina Coladas.

Our overall experience was very good. The condo is very comfortable and stocked with the basics. Our one complaint is that the WiFi was terrible. Palmas Del Mar is a very beautiful gated community. The pool is nice and you can walk to the beach but you cannot really swim there nor sit out, it’s not really setup for that. You should know that a car is needed to get around or you can rent a golf cart. This condo is right next door to the Wyndham Hotel. We were able to buy coffee and sweets there but not much more. They do have a restaurant that was pretty good for dinner. Overall we had a great time and would come back.

The ad said the apartment was for 4 people, but it had 1 king bed and. Sofa bed that was broken. I called to report it, and they did not do anything about it.

Best view! Just in the center of the pool with a beach and golf corse view. Never expect to have the New Candelero Resort as part of the view. The Condo very comfortable and clean. I will use it again as my favorite. Thanks!!!!

We turned on the toaster and a live cockroach came out..i found an exterminating form and it was dated 2018..the air conditioning did not go cooler than 85..i told the owner and they said to give it time..it went as hot as 87 and they never sent a technician..some electrical outlets didnt work. Also the a/c unit was leaking water into the apartment..The exterior of the building needs painting and roof tiles..we will not rent from this owner and do not recommend them to others..they are called the marco polo collection company

Location was just perfect...pool and beach just a few feet away. Awesome view and comfortable villa. The rental process and instructions were very clear and the people very pleasant :) Will come back soon!!! Thank you ;)

We were looking to get away from the cold temperatures in Michigan and found the perfect answer in this poolside condo. The view from the balcony of the pool, golf course and beach was outstanding. The condo has everything a couple would want for an enjoyable stay and was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen so we ate many meals in house. Our most favorite aspect of this vacation was enjoying the warm temperatures and gentle breezes on the balcony.

The best way to support Puerto Rico now is to go there, and this is a great way to give back, and enjoy at the same time. Very responsive owner. A gated community of many smaller gated communities. the unit is terrific, but the area is not yet ready for prime time. the roads still do not have signage, and its easy to get lost if you leave the area. There are only 3 restaurants on "campus" and not easy to get in to. But the golf is fantastic! BEst kept secret of Puerto Rico. There's limited internet in the area, so thanks to the owner there is good wifi. Just none when you leave the unit. The owner is a professional -- and will take care of any needs.

This was our third visit to Palm View. We did not go last year because of the hurricane. The area has recovered amazingly. It was another great vacation in a great villa!

Hola! John and Judith and Team, What an awesome condo words can't express how great the place is loved it my husband and I enjoyed it so much can't wait to go back. It was very clean very organized everything we needed was in the condo. The View was fantastic, we had such an awesome time. We have family in Puerto Rico we went to visit them but couldn't wait to come back to the condo to enjoy the pool and the scenery. It was just like coming home but better. We must have gone in a slower time in the season not too many people in the pool which we enjoyed very much. We can't wait to go back. The condo itself was a great place to stay. The views are amazing and the condo itself was in great shape. The unit overlooks the pool a small pond and the golf course with the ocean in the distance. Playa Del Mar the community where the unit is located is very clean and kept up well. I wish I had more time to explore but spent all of my time working. Unfortunately this time of year the ocean/beach is covered in sea weed and I wasn't able to enjoy the ocean because of this. Overall a great experience and would stay here again. Annette and Violetta were easy to work with and were responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palmas Dorado. The property was well maintained and comfortable. The staff was very professional and courteous. Thank you for a beautiful time.

Greetings to all: Annette and John Where do I start? Two years ago I found this listing, which I am so deeply thankful. At my first stay I was a little nervous not knowing what I will find, well to my surprise, everything was exactly as they show in their pitures...everything was perfect at PalmaNova which sadly after Hucaracain Maria is not available. Well then I called . So I decided to go back this year. My beautiful agent Annette offer me Palm View...of course I said YES. It is exactly as shown. I'm in live once again, the place, the view, tranquility at a #10. The Hotel Casino is under construction after Maria, but I got news it my be back by December yeah. The pool, the minutes walk to the beach, the rental of golf cart so we went all around Palmas del Mar. Plaza Nova not to far, so we ate from the best Pizza to the best Ice cream and the night life at Palma Nova and the Pescaderia live music. The Walmart is like 5 minutes drive is outside the resort, gas and other fast food restaurants. All in all my heart is deeply humble and thankful for all. From the Host to the Welcome team,great job, Thank you so much, Annette & John you are the best. I will definitely highly recommend this paradise. I will be back soon. A little note I was born and raise in Yabucoa P.R. After a divorce my Dad lived to Humacao which I watch from his balcony the beautiful view of Palmas del Mar. Everything that was previously stated in the reviews are accurate. The only thing I regret is not booking my stay for more days. My husband and I enjoyed being close to the pool, we must have picked a great time of year cause it was very empty and quite. Having the hotel right next door was great for dancing and just listening to the island music. We are already making plans for next year and our 4 children will be coming along.
