Great location, only five minutes' walk from the seafront, and right in the heart of town - with many shops, bars, and restaurants within easy reach. Yet it is also unusually quiet, as it is on the last short block of its street before the road ends in a large gated housing compound, so there is almost no through traffic going past it. (The windows seem pretty robust anyway, and provided good insulation against whatever outside noise there might have been.) Higher storeys on the east side of the building offer a glimpse of the sea half a kilometre or so away. The rooms are a fairly good size, and extremely comfortable. The A/C is fairly quiet, the wifi works well, and - most unusually for Vietnam - there is actually quite a good Internet TV package, with an easy-to-navigate menu in English, and several good movie options (though I didn't manage to find any sport).

The staff are pleasant and helpful, but don't speak very advanced English, so might find it difficult to deal with complicated problems or requests. Noise from other guests is sometimes a problem, as the hotel has a very compact floorplan, with all the room doors clustered closely together around the small hallway in front of the elevator. So, guests with young children, or guests who yell at each other when entering or leaving their rooms will be particularly annoying. There is a very small infinity plunge pool on the roof, but it didn't appear to be in use during my visit. There don't seem to be any other facilities - restaurant, business centre, spa, gym, etc. A basic hotel, but very comfortable, and very reasonably priced.

Мы оставляли в букинге пожелание, что хотели бы заселиться пораньше стандартного времени, нас заселили и учли наши пожелания. За это отдельный респект. Номер был чистый, светлый и просторный в каком-то смысле) Если учитывать его стоимость, то отель шикарный по соотношению цена/качество.

Nice and comfortable bed, good location, great promotion.

The receptionist of night shift was quite irresponsible, we requested to rent a scooter but then he just off his shift and didn’t remember any details to hand over to the morning shift receptionist. The control board in front of our room is broken as well.

I had an excellent stay at the Amber. The hotel is convenient for the centre of Nha Trang and the hotel staff are very welcoming. I would definitely stay at the Amber on my next visit to Vietnam.

Shout out to the very helpful and thoughtful staffs, limited english but they were extremely helpful and understanding. The utilities were great, spacious and comfortable. Im quite a picky person and was very impressed of the quality of stay with the price I paid.
