We chose this property based on the pictures and description. It's about a 5 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff. Updated bathrooms, retro kitchen, comfortable beds, full laundry. The curtains were drawn when we arrived late afternoon, which made it VERY dark inside. A little shocking based on the fully lit pictures. Understandable, though, because there are large windows but close neighbors. We did have an issue with the internet the first night and called the service office. It was fixed the next day. The front door latch needs repair. It only stays shut when locked. It did not affect our stay, just a note to owner. It was a convenient place to stay and cook breakfast and dinner while vacationing. Thank you.

Did not have cell service but was able to use WiFi most of the time. Steps away from amazing hiking trails. The photos accurately depict the place and I would book it again. Nice host.

This property was in a great location...quiet neighborhood yet close to town. The place was clean and comfortable and was adequate for our family of 6. The two bathrooms were updated and very nice. Other parts of the home were a little outdated decor wise, but we didn't have any problems. The lighting in the dining area was a little dim. Overall though, it was a great place to stay.

Nice older home with lots of room & all the necessities you need. Great location for us. The big weeds in the front yard caused us to pass the home up initially. Some of the weeds in the backyard were as high as the table so we didn't hang out back there like we thought we would. The rental team indicated it's been a hard year to upkeep the grounds but they're hiring more help. Will definitely stay here again but would likely ask if the yard is up to par first.

Pots and pans in the kitchen needed extra cleaning and the property manager confirmed it will be taken care of immediately. No dishwasher and it is no big deal. Conveniently located for outdoor activities like Walnut Canyon, Snowbowl, NAU campus and downtown restaurants. Katie, the property manager was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. we will definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at this property and would recommend it highly.

The location just off national forest was perfect to keep kids entertained while socially distanced. We sledded and went to a nearby park. The house is well stocked and feels like you are staying in someone's comfortable home. The hot water heater was turned super hot, which meant hot water fast, but definitely take caution with little kids.

This place is nothing short of fantastic. We love hiking and this house is a short walk from secluded hiking. Hours and hours of beautiful scenery. We got snowed in and the owner sent a team of guys to get our cars out. We didn't ask him to do this. You rarely get service like that. He's also very responsive, nice, and reliable. We've stayed here before and we're going to go back at least 4 times this coming year. Our favorite place.Russ

Went for a relaxing trip with the family and the home was exactly what we wanted. Great space for the kids and close to the city to go eat. For us we planned to stay in most of the time and the only negative was the WiFi and tv signal would come and go. However it was relaxing and great place to stay.

We loved our stay. Hiking a few hundred feet away. Beautiful, quiet, immaculate. We're going back to the same place next month. Been to lots of places and there are only two that I will go back to. Russ

We called and did have a service guy come out and the part had to be ordered. At this time our food was 55 degrees and we had to all we had bought for the week. They did offer to bring ice and coolers for the food but it was already no good. So we didn’t go purchase more and they could fix the fridge Thursday but we were leaving Friday so we just told them to fix after we left. So... suggestions would be to have better lighting it is dark with the bulbs there. Also maybe a non slip May in the tubs. But we had a wonderful time. Paula smith - Georgia

Peace and quiet in a countryside neighborhood. Just a few minutes from restaurants, stores etc. Would stay again.

We loved being so close to off road trails and also to Lake Mary! The property itself shares a driveway with another house and they have alot of traffic coming and going so if you bring children be extra alert about watching them. The house itself is decorated very rustic which we enjoyed. The surface cleanliness was pretty good but the dishes were sticky/visibly dirty and needed to be cleaned prior to use. We also had ants in the kitchen but raid was provided and seemed to take care of it! The grill could definitely use a good cleaning; we covered the sides on tinfoil. There was a dirty mop bucket and mop in the garage and the garage floor was sticky. There was also a deep freezer (not in use) that held some dead lizards which caused the garage to have a bad smell but after we disposed of them it went away.. We often hung in the garage or driveway as both front and backyards are overgrown with weeds. The beds were very comfortable, as were the recliner and couch. The property manager Tim is very responsive and friendly! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The property fit our family well! Clean, comfortable and the property manager was responsive. Wifi was spotty but we spent most time unplugged anyways. Thank you for the nice weekend!
