The number one best thing about this place is the LOCATION. You are directly inside the gate to Old Quebec on a lovely street with cafes, bars, restaurants and stores. The windows in the apartment are spectacular and they open directly to the street! The kitchen is well stocked and appliances were easy to use. The host left very clear tips on places to go and keys and parking were easy to access. Covered parking is a short walk on the other side of the city gate to the left up the hill.

The apartment got VERY HOT upstairs at night. It never occurred to us to try to fix the thermostat in the apartment, so that could be on us. My (20 year old) daughter slept in the upstairs bed in the loft and she said it was hard like sleeping on a box. Also, be sure you are all on the same sleep schedules as the draw back to the lovely open floor plan is that every thing is audible. There is one room with a door and we (parents) took that one so our adult children's evening activities didn't disturb us. (Not really a con but something to note:) There is only one set of keys and you must have the keys to open the THREE doors to get in and out. Last person to leave must lock door.

Great location and nicely appointed place with tons of character!

Location is on a busy street which has tons of advantages. But, it also means road noise and activity even at night. More curtains or encouraging guests to bring earplugs and an eye mask might be a good suggestion. As well, the bed area in the loft would benefit from significantly more lighting.

The placement of the lofts is perfect and the view and the loft is beautiful!!

The shower / bathroom upstairs not private ! I’m a little older and would like a softer mattress ( 48 ) but my daughter found it perfect (23)

Cleanliness and the open concept.

Good location, a beautiful unit and Perfect for a family. This unit is located in the main street with lots of restaurants and shops but it wasn’t noisy at night. Don’t hesitate!

Poor wifi connection. There are lots of kitchen ware such as plates, pots and cups but there were only 2 bowels.

Air conditioner didn't work and it was very hot.

An excellent place, very comfortable and clean. with a very good location, very close to all tourist attractions and important stores. We had an incredible stay, without a doubt we will enjoy these lofts again Thank you

Spacious for family of 4, lots of natural lights, very clean, great location, very quiet at night, elevator, parking included, smart TV, high speed Internet.

Difficult to communicate with owner before arrival.

Gorgeous loft in one of the best locations in Quebec City. The apartment has everything you might need for a perfect stay. There is a rooftop terrace in the building with a city view. The management is excellent. Julie went above and beyond to help with any questions and requests. Would love to stay there again.

For the going rate we paid it was a great value because we were comfortable, find the place clean, amazing facilities, and location. Interesting info I found, this is the the same building as 1048 Lofts! I’m glad I took accommodations here!

Nothing big really, but could use additional lighting in the bathroom as we all were complaining about the dimly lit room.
