Being so close to Old Quebec

Great location and value. The terrace was a fantastic extra. Loved looking at the city from there! We'll be back for sure.

cooker not clean. dirty baking sheets left in cooker. rubbish left under sink. no tea towels, oven gloves or kitchen roll. washing machine bad odour. only 4 coat hangers in the main bedroom and you have no cupboards for storage. beds not made in bunks. basically the appartment was not serviced correctly or even checked prior to our arrival. we contacted our contact the evening we arrived and was informed housekeeping would come in the morning. but we had to wait till 1 pm until someone arrived. we did receive the missing kitchen items but really when paying this type of rate you expect a much better standard. as we have during our other accommodation in Canada. also we had no further check up from the management that we were ok and happy. not very good customer care at all.

great location, clean & nice accommodation right in the heart of old Quebec. In walking distance to everything. beautiful building and views from our loft of the Notre dame cathedral. overall a very nice place to stay.

be prepared to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc as this is not in the loft. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a 5 night stay for 4 people!! Simple extras such as the above would’ve made the stay much nicer. I did reach out to the concierge for 2 days to provide toilet paper but it was never brought to us.

great location in the middle of old Quebec

We had to make one of the bunk beds ourselves & asked a few times to get something. It was quite expensive for what we paid per night.

This apartment is in an excellent location. Right in the heart of Old Quebec City. Extremely comfortable and easy to access all the sights. Only 15 min walk to the train station and about 10 min walk to buses if you want to venture farther. Many restaurants near by. And easy to walk out at night when the town is lit up.

Perfect location for walking everywhere. Very quiet, the only noise we heard from outside was the lovely sound of the church bells. My sister and I had a two bedroom apartment that worked perfectly for us. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Not much to say. It would benefit guests to have instructions on the use of the tv remotes. And a couple of throw blankets on the couch for being cosy in the evening.

Loved the location, room was beautiful. Met cleaner upon arrival and he was great and very helpful and did a phenomenal job cleaning room.

Had difficulty accessing building. Was not aware of key codes to enter building and room. Called number in confirmation email for the loft and no one answered. Had I not run into cleaner I may not have known what to do. There is no reception or front desk which is fine but if thats the case then more information about accessing building with codes should be provided.

The location was perfect and overall it is a lovely accommodation.

Very unresponsive management. The bedside light did not work, and as we always read read before bed, we asked if a light bulb could be replaced (or the lamp fixed if needed). Although we were told it would be done , it never was. Additionally, as the unit had a washer and dryer we packed light to avoid checking luggage. However the inside of the washer was full of black mold, so not really possible to use. While these might seem like small issues, when you are paying $500. a night you do expect some responsiveness from management,

I needed a place to leave my bags until check-in and there was no real accommodation for that. We could have thrown our bags in a closet. @ the bedroooms need small dressers! Even cubbies would work.

Washer and dryer in the loft Full kitchen. Heating and air conditioning difficult to control but available. Had to call for concerns with attendant prompt with assistance.

Parking is 2 blocks away and $22 per day. Shower floor was slippery and a floor mat would have been helpful.

Excellent location with access to property by code. So easy. Suite was very spacious, cooking utensils, drip coffee machine, large fridge, stove, washer, dryer, microwave. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Excellent location. Dishes were worn out maybe an upgrade in order. Has air conditioning.. If I had any concerns or questions I got a very quick response by email. Excellent service. Now the best part. A beautiful, spacious rooftop patio with spectacular views. We cannot wait to return to LES LOFTS DU TRESOR.
