The locations was great. The size of the apartment was good for our family. The mangers were very responsive to queries and issues we had.
We booked for 4 people. The unit only had a two seater lounge, only one towel rack in the bathroom, no where to place toiletries in the shower, not a huge issue, but annoying.

Location is great, clean and lots of space.
Furnishings and kitchen amenities are very basic. Living room would be more comfortable with addition of a lamp and side tables. Kitchen could use a cutting board.
9.0
La situation, l'équipement et la surface du logement.
L'issue de secours qui a une fermeture des plus légères et la montée d'escaliers très raide. il faudrait que les clients en soient informés car les bagages sont dures à monter.

Location only. Close to everything especially good coffee.
Bait and Switch! The pictures of what we booked showed a fairly large unit with bedrooms having closet/drawer space and a nice living space and furniture. Our bookings address was given to use within a week of arrival. It was changed on the day of to a much smaller unit at another building with bedrooms that had no closets or drawers. We had to live literally out of our suitcases! No bolt locks on any of the doors (found the back door open after we went out for the day. I checked to make sure it was locked before we left). Placed chairs in front of the doors at night for safety. Called the management with our concerns on why we where switched and they responded with it was the unit we booked (a total lie!) and there was NOTHING they could do?? We even had to buy our own laundry detergent as the bottle there was empty. Noisy neighbors at 2am most nights so not much sleep. No sound proofing. Spent as much time out as the unit was not comfortable. Stairs are very steep and narrow which made it dangerous especially with luggage. We did not feel safe there and would NEVER book a Les Lofts property again as their response to us was extremely poor.

Amazing and spacious loft RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of Quebec's old town. The check in process was very simple. The beds are really good and while it is located in a tourist zone, it's particularly quiet. Compared to all the places we saw, this loft offers great value and should suit any type of group.
This is being very picky but the TV is old and you can't connect or stream things on it. But it's a very minor thing.

One of the apartment had a clogged bathroom sink which couldn't be addressed before we left; the decorations above the bed were dusty and falling (native headdresses) which should be looked after; the apartments were comfortable but pricey.

Very conveniently located. We were able to walk everywhere. We loved having a kitchen with everything we needed to eat in. The property was very clean and the washer & dryer was great after a couple of rainy days with wet clothes. Also we did the prepaid parking and the lot was very close.
The only downside for me was the upper bunk bed. The mattress was quite hard. The lower bunk and queen bed were good.

The location within a short walk to the the old town, restaurants and train station. The property was of decent size with adequate kitchen. The property and a washing machine and dryer, although we didn't use at time of our stay. Although not on site the hosts responded reasonably quickly to messaged queries.
Check your booking. The accommodation wasn't what we had originally booked and the narrow, steep stairs (no lift) to the apartment. We originally had booked a two bed with a set of bunkbeds but were given a a two bed with two doubles (not really suitable for my 15y son and 10y daughter. They did eventually offer us a room in another property with bunk beds but due to the short stay not practical to change so we had to use sofa. Although aware no lift, not aware stairs would be so narrow and steep which made it difficult to climb with cases.

Beautiful apartment, in a fantastic position, close to the station and close to the city center. The kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped with all the necessary. Washing machine and dryer are very useful and easy to operate. Clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds. Easy check in operation.
I suggest to make available to guests maps and guides of the city.

great location, plenty of space to spread out.

Spacious and clean
Wifi and entertainment system were straight out of 2003. Netflix was pixelated and lagged to the point where it was unwatchable and cable plan was useless for anyone other than somone who watched cbc news or French television.

Good location, nice bathroom and kitchen, and clean apartment.
The second flight of stairs was VERY steep and the treads were very narrow (half the length of my foot). No closet or dresser in either bedroom or the unit made it hard to unpack a week's clothes. The bathroom needs more towel hooks. Don't know the root cause of this issue, but Booking.Com provided a different address at booking and confirmation than the ACTUAL address for our apartment. I noticed the difference when I received the payment confirmation from Les Lofts Saint Paul. This required a few phone calls to clarify actual address. No luggage storage at our unit to leave bags before/after checkin.

The property is in a great location. It is designed as a cool loft in an historic building.
The communication is horrible. We 50 some messages ( email and text )which we repeatedly ignored. After I booked, they requested my iD and credit card. I email and texted them dozen times . We arrived they claimed they didn’t have them, so I sent again and again. We spent 10 hours in Quebec City without access to our unit and no communication from them.
We had to wait 2 days for towels. The tap broke and was never fixed. The front door broke and we had to use a single key( so we could not leave separately).
Strangely, mortar and small stones continuously fell off the ways covering our belongings in dirt and rocks. It hard to sleep because you could hear the sound of the stones falling. It was like game if you wanted you could remove small stones from the wall ( we didn’t obviously). I am not sure how safe the unit is.
We texted and emailed again and again. Most of them were ignored.
Very disappointing. Great idea poorly executed

Location was great. Bathroom was updated and apt was very clean
The penthouse meant a trek up three narrow stairways. Not an issue for us but would be for some. The bed was under a slanted loft. I’m small and had to basically crawl into bed.

Spacious apartment, well resourced, perfect location. Straightforward instructions to enter the apartment.
TV not really functional, only able to watch youtube which was ok. Confusing aray of remotes. I contacted the host. Prompt reply but did not resolve issue. However, this in context was only a minor issue as not really visiting Quebec to watch TV. Everything else was great.

Great location - apartment was really nice - well furnished, good kitchen facilities. Note it is on the first floor with no lift. Quick responses from property manager. Fantastic restaurants/cafeterias close by.
Nothing to do with the property but please be very careful with the public parking - we got a fine (not justified) and had to phone the company and make a reclamation (all in French, no English spoken).

noisy HVAC system. not the air condition unit.

Nice apartment, very comfortable for the 4 of us. Great location too.
In nearly 4 weeks holidaying in Canada, the only hotel/rental apartment we’ve stayed in that didn’t provide any tea/coffee/sugar. When queried, they said it was due to “insurance reasons”! Also, only one towel rail and zero hooks to hang 4 wet towels.

Great accommodation and location. Staff were also really responsive to my request for an early check in
The stairs were tough with luggage, and the TV didn't work.

Love the space and rustic look.
Bed was uncomfortable and location wasn’t the best it we got our exercise.

You can get in until 4 and you have to be out by 11. This seems to be quite restrictive. 3 is a more typical time.

The amenities were excellent - everything needed for a family. It was close enough to Old Quebec to be walkable. It was quiet and relaxing. easy check in and check out.
As it was winter, having the heat on made the air very dry. Ideally a humidifier would be nice. The parking that can be reserved through the property was a few blocks away, but that is only a minor inconvenience.

brand new/renovated loft
Deck outside needs to be fixed asap. See photo.
Client support after stay. Lady was impolite and rude. In need of training to learn how to deal and communicate with clients. Unpleasant experience.
Staff reached before arrival was efficient and nice.
