The outlet plug of socket is pulled disconnected from the wall, the main door knob is deffective. There were no towels as mentioned.no stove as mentioned. The exhaust in bathroom full of dust. The shower head very much stained. The cabinet below the sink, very unpleasant smell, looks like the all garbage has been stored there from previous occupants, the care taker doesnt care to remove. We check the ref inside not well cleaned. When we opened the rice cooker, theres a cockroach upon openning the lid. Near taal with a view means back view of the facade, it should be specific. Remote control battery missing, what the care taker did is to get othe battery from the aircon remote to make it work, very incovenient you need to remove battery from the unit to the other one to use it.😅, at the top of that the care taker wants us to leave 1000pesos secuirty deposit.then next morning Upon check out, we inform the care taker we will be checking out, so we need to get the security deposit, the caretaker said its raining she will check later, how inconvenient. So we need to wait, but until then we decided to go on our way around 12pm. After we discuss she gcash the half of it, 500pesos. And the other we received at around 7pm. How inconvenient the stay, starting from the first day. I have read the reviews seems ok. At firrst But what happen to us, charge to experience dont booked this unit, its a pain in the ass, you can thank me later, ill spare you of your disappointment.

The unit was dirty. The internet and wifi doesn’t work, and the heater of the shower was too hot, the temperature is uncontrollable.

Parking and Pool scum they charge you every time you leave the premises for 150 pesos, then 300 pesos parking per day and 150 pesos per person to use swimming pool.

The location, it was accessible to groceries and shops. The room was nice

the caretaker of the room that we were transferred to. she was great

our check in is supposed to be 2pm but we were not accommodated properly until 8pm. we were told that the room we booked has clogged toilet so we need to be transferred to another room. the caretaker was rude on the phone and said rude things to me and my partner. it's night time and we are so tired from a 4hrs trip so it was really frustrating to talk to someone like that in our current state. it was almost like a scam or whatever it was

the booking agent didnt showed up.. and doesnt respond at lobby area and cannot be contacted at check-in time. wifi is not so good... parking fee 🤥
