Amy was very accommodating and helpful. The house was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The furniture was all very comfortable and everything was in great condition. We also really appreciated having beach towels and chairs to use so we didn’t have to bring them!

Of all the places we have stayed, this was the best. They have thought of every need, and provided for it. We were impressed with everything, location, easy of getting around the area, and how we were able to relax.

This property is a 5 star rental. Chris and Amy were the perfect hosts. Communication was friendly and smooth from the time that we booked the property to the time we left. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed during our stay. Everything is so organized and the cleanliness of the house is outstanding. It is located very close to Tarpon Springs and there are very nice parks close by. The neighborhood is quiet and the location close to all that we needed. We are looking forward to staying at this property again in the future!

Their home was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The location was ideal for or visit to Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island. Brooker Preserve, Dunedin. Anclote River park, gulf park and vista keys were close allowing for daily walks. You will not be disappointed and the end to vacation will come way too soon.

Our stay at the Cozy Holiday Hideaway was wonderful. When we walked in the door we immediately felt at home. The house was very clean and had enough space for our family and when our local friends came to visit. The house had both a seating area and a family room which was nice. The kitchen was beautiful with everything you needed to cook as many dinners as you liked. The host contacted us several times to make sure that we had everything that we needed. There was also all the beach equipment that you need including coolers. We had a great time at the house and would highly recommend the Cozy Holiday Hideaway for your next vacation.

Amy and Chris made our stay so wonderful. The house was gorgeous the beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood was like we never left home. The communication with the host was top notch. We would recommend this place to all of our friends with children and without. Centrally located and easily accesssible. Love it. We will be back for sure.

Great home base for gulf coast adventures.
We had a great stay here, the place was spotless when we arrived. Check in was simple, the property owners emailed me prior to arrival with instructions which were super easy. This house is within minutes of the Tarpon Springs sponge docks with many great restaurants nearby. They have a fully equipped home complete with Everything you need to cook at home or head out to the beach with the provided beach chairs and towels. The owners were available by text and phone if we needed to ask anything. The A/C worked great and the beds are super comfy. We had nothing at all to complain about. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is very clean and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient to everything. The two bedrooms with full baths are separated by the living and dining area which is nice if you have visitors (our oldest son and wife stayed for a couple nights). Spent some comfortable time in the enclosed patio with plenty of privacy. Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. Very adequate living area with recliners and large screen tv. Highly recommended.

This home is very clean and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient to everything. Nice house in quiet neighborhood
Overall and to the point it was nice to stay in a house , but after finding sheets that were what seemed unchanged or just unclean from finding what seemed food crumbs at the foot of the bed and thus having to wash them ,floors dirty and much more so the place lacked being dusted.

We stayed at Chris and Amy's for a total of 17 days while attending training in a nearby town. Everything about the home and its accommodations was perfect!! They thought of everything and then some! You won't regret booking this beautiful Holiday Hideaway. We will definitely be back!
