My family (10 of us) which includes my siblings, their spouses, children, as well as our parents all stayed at this property for my brother’s wedding. It was just perfect for our large group! The loft area with it’s own living space was great for my sister and her children to have their own space. There is a ping pong table, foosball table, and dart board in the area off of the living room which kept all of us entertained! We all had enough space in this house and never felt on top of eachother. It was clean and updated! The owner was prompt to respond to any questions we had and we were very pleased with our experience. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

We thought we were getting 5 bedrooms, but onky 4 and a pull out couch. We were able to move room partners and make it work. Close to the braches we wanted to go to. Would recommend but not for a family of 13.

Comfortable, welcoming home. Loved the bon fire pit. Super helpful owner had easy communication with questions. Huge dining room was great. The only issue was dishwasher had standing water and would not drain. I think 10 people or fewer is best for this home. I cannot imagine 16. We had a fantastic time! Thank you!

We had 13 people stay here and the house was perfect for us. We enjoyed the kayaks and saw the Alligator! The pool was perfect for the little ones and Howard Park, Sunset Beach, and Tarpon Springs were only minutes away. Food stores and convenient stores down the street.
The house was clean, roomy, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. We would certainly stay there again. Lovely.

We had a group of teens and adults for a family getaway. Tampa area was new for us and this location was perfect! Fred Howard Park, Sunset Beach, Caladesi Island, & Clearwater Beach were all close. The house was perfect for cooking our meals and had lots to offer for seating and cookware. We had a blast!!

This house is perfect for multiple families wanting to gather! Plenty of space and the kids loved the games. The table was great for dinners! Donna was extremely responsive and accommodating! The only feedback I would give is it could use more towels and extra bedding when guest size gets over 10 people. Overall, an AMAZING experience!

The house was spacious and very clean and filled with toys. Big dining room table, lots of parking spaces, and very updated. All the things we needed. I could definitely get used to dock sitting with a glass of wine. I grew up in the area, so I knew the neighborhood houses were old school Florida and not all are being kept up. That being said the neighbors were very nice. Wine glasses need to be added to the kitchen cupboards and instructions on the upstairs shower maybe should be left in the house. Donna was very responsive when we did have that issue! And I totally forgot to put on the dishwasher and had to pull over on the side of 75 to text her.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and Donna was so accommodating! She was super flexible with us and the view was great! We met Gary the Alligator and it couldn’t have been a better place for 11 of us.

Donna the owner was extremely responsive to specific needs. Beautiful house lay out. Lots of windows. Bright and sunny. Enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the waterway - frequent visits from turtles and alligators :)

House was clean but the patio furniture needed to be cleaned or hosed down.! There was a lot of bird poop on it!

Enjoyed our stay at this large home which is very close to shopping, other amenities and a very short drive to Tarpon Springs. Loved sitting by the pool and canal. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Aloha Gardens. The place was very clean. The location is nice and it is convenient to stores, restaurants and attractions. Our family had fun fishing, playing games and visiting. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend with family.

The house was a good size, good location for what we were looking for. Only added suggestion to owner is possibly placing some handicap bars in first floor bathroom to accommodate the elderly.

Overall, the property lived up to its billing. We wanted a place in close proximity to the golf courses we planned to play, so location was important. The water views were a bonus, though most of our days were spent away from the house. The super-large TV in the family room was a big plus. In past trips we were used to having a functioning TV in every bedroom. I recommend addressing that in the future. The house was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very responsive throughout the stay.

Even with the cold weather and temporary loss of power, it was a great stay! No heater in the second floor but that’s not usually needed. Extra linens and blankets would’ve been nice with the unexpected cold. Would’ve also liked some baking sheets. I understand most people do t do a lot of cooking on vacation but we do which is why we choose homes instead of hotels.
This is a lovely property and very well maintained. The communication is above excellent! Donna is a very nice host and would like to stay here again.

We checked into Aloha Gardens and everything was nice ! It was a plus being on the waterway so the kids could fish ..and feed the Turtles! The pool was nice and while still chilly the kids loved it ! There is plenty of space for everyone . It is also close to shopping.

Excellent place
We arrived for my 30th birthday and the house was very beautiful. The view was nice as well. It is close enough to Clearwater and Tampa we were able to visit both and experience both. All in all a great first experience with Vrbo and the property!

Beautiful property! This suited our family so well as we visited the area for a wedding. The house was so clean when we arrived and had almost everything we needed! We enjoyed sitting outside by the water as much as we did sitting around the table sharing a meal. The property owner is super responsive to any question or concern. We would stay here again!
