Nothing to like.

You have to walk for atleast 15 minutes to the parking from tower 4. No service going to the parking from 12 nn to 1 pm (They said lunch break) so if you check out at 12nn you have to walk. No covered parking. The caretaker/owner check the room without permission from guest.

Please include wifi connection on each room/ unit.

Parking too far, had to move to different rooms which wasted our time, rooms aren't clean, we specified that there 4 people in each room but somehow the facilities are only for 2 people, somehow carts/trolleys aren't enough for a condo that has a lot of guests, rooms booked are completely different in views and facilities making it a total nightmare due to comparisons.

I like the location of the room because of the best view for Taal Volcano.

Didn't like the staff she's not accommodating.
