Distance to the beach is more than 700 m. More like 1.1 km.

I loved the pool area, it was beautiful and fun for the kids! We liked the size of the apartment and the decor. It was nice to have 2 TVs and the kitchen was decent for a short stay.

The bed was very springy and uncomfortable. We didn't love the location a bit walk from the beach. We couldn't figure out at the pool how to turn the water features (like the shark) on. It would be nice if there was music by the pool.

The apartment was really nice looking and quite big. A little far from the beach but there is a large affordable supermarket on the next street. Air conditioning worked well. We requested airport transfer to the hotel and it was really well set up (cost 30EUR from Burgas airport) however the communication with the hotel via Booking was not the best. Employees were kind, especially the older man who even though doesn't speak English, he was still always trying to make sure everything is okay. Overall, we would recommend this place:)

The shower door was broken. The elevator is loud at night. The apartment was perfectly clean upon arrival, however, the daily cleaning was not sufficient. They only took out the trash and poorly swept the floor, seemed like it was rushed due to the high number of rooms. We also did not have a dish sponge in our room (the cleaning lady forgot to place it there) so the dishes were piling up and were not noticed by housekeeping. We wanted to ask the receptionist for a sponge but for two days there was no one at the front desk each time we went to see, finally on our 6th day we caught the receptionist and she gave us a sponge so we could clean the dishes. I understand that it might not be the standard there for housekeeping to be washing dishes but the situation was annoying. Another, annoying thing was that other guests are leaving towels on the pool sun-beds so when you come around noon there often are none left even though people are not actually using them.

Clean and with free parking. Comfortable sun lounges around a pleasant pool were a pleasure to rest on.

Our two bedroom apartment was on top floor had the noise of the lift which was located right next to our room. There was also a very annoying no stop loop of recorded bird sounds (presumably to prevent birds nesting or going down the chimney). These chirps could be heard in the apartment 24/7. The receptionist would not initially give us two entry chips. He insisted waking up others in our apartment to verify our identity. The Russian style design not to my taste but because the room was new that could be forgiven.

A very nice apartment - a separate bedroom with a wardrobe, a small living room combined with the kitchen area, a lively bathroom and a nice little balcony. The room had a hair dryer, kitchen appliances such as a microwave and a mini fridge, extra towels and linens, etc. The building had a code / key magnet for entrance, so it felt very safe. The other hotel guests were polite and quiet.

Had to take very cold shower due to lack of hot water (happened once but I am sick af now). There were also some electricity shortage Worst thing was that the towels and sheets were stained, im.not saying dirty, just stained

It was clean

We were there for a week and they never cleaned the room once never even came in to empty the bin
