Peninsular Gold Coast

Close location to surfers. Other side of the main highway so felt very quiet.

Excellent location and spacious property.

Property was very dusty and requires a deep clean, and more cooking utensils.

The location was quiet & peaceful (great distance from the Cavill Ave chaos!). The apartment was spacious and clean.

Single key made it challenging for people to come and go. Spa wasn’t working/available. The reception was not manned often.

the staff at reception was very friendly, helpful and informative. the apartment and location was so quiet and peaceful.

the room was very dirty. food smeared all over the benches and dining table. the stove was very dirty, microwave had not been wiped out. there were a lot of baby cockroaches around the kitchen. Carpets didn't appear to have been vacuumed. the hard floors may have been washed but under the coffee table there was food and mess. we couldn't use the 2 stools as they were both very dirty, one still had food residue on it so appeared there was no attempt to clean in by cleaning staff. the couch also had mess of some sort on it. i had to clean all the surfaces before we could even use the room. the bathrooms were not very clean either. this was unexpected and very disappointing. 2 out of 3 beds did not have mattress protectors either. the reception staff tried to source more bedding and offered to send a cleaner to the room. Beware too they take a bond before check in and do not give it back unless you call and ask where it is. still currently waiting for the bond to be returned to me after a week.
