The Location and accommodation was superb, if you like aeroplanes un-obstructed views of aircraft taking off and landing at nearby RAF Coningsby. The host Kim was more than helpful and very responsive to any queries, also left us a very thoughtful gift of chocolates and prosecco on our arrival.

Nothing at all really. If you want to purchase passes for the park complex these are understandably additional, however it can be very expensive to use these facilities. We used local services and takeaways which was very convenient and a lot cheaper.

Felt very at home, the beds were really comfy to lie in, very spacious, lovely area.. overall felt amazing to stay in.

Location and very clean Hot tub was over flowing when we arrived but quickly got sorted

The bin lid needs replacing , it keeps falling off . The kettle lid is loose so could cause an accident . The kitchen mat also had a smell when it got wet . All of these are minor and didn’t bother us other than I was worried with the kettle potentially scolding me if the lid came off when pouring . These could however impact scores if people are really picky so worth considering the small spend to replace . Also only one toilet roll so would have been good to be advised so we could have brought some from home rather than the spend in the shop
