authentic homestay in a very remote place, family is super friendly and you are welcomed to participate in their meals. toilet facilities are quite basic but they are currently building new facilities. Everything felt clean and safe. the valley around the village Agoda is quite beautiful. good place for doing nothing and reading a book the whole day.

The solitude of the place. If you want to take a break from city life, this is an ideal place. The host is friendly and helpful. The food is also good.

The roads in the village are muddy. There are no direct roads to the village.

I really enjoyed my stay here. This is the last village on the way to Doditaal. If you really want to spend few days away from all kind of pollution and to enjoy your solitude then this is the right place. They have just started accomodating guests so please cheer them up. Kamalji, the host, is a certified mountaineer( he had successfully completed both Basic and Advanced Mountaineering course from HMI). So, in case the guest/s is/are interested he can be your trekking guide too.

This is a typical Gadhwali village and as per their centuries old tradition almost each family has cattle which makes the roads inside the village little muddy.
