Location was great for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
The cabin was really cute and we enjoyed our stay. However, we didn't have wash cloths or dish rags.There we just a couple of issues but they were corrected promptly after contacting host. Just needs a little TLC.

Front steps are soft, funny odor, TV continues to buffer you can’t watch anything, no soap available in entire cabin, no ice, hot tub, smells funny, Jets, broken in the hot tub, outside lights above the hot tub don’t work, upstairs toilet, does not flush properly, light beside of the bed upstairs is broken, jets in the tub upstairs are broken, water will not stay hot. I would not recommend this cabin to any of my friends.

We had a family trip of 5 adults and 1 infant. The place is very nice. We were not there a lot due to having activities to do. The light above the table is barely hanging up, not many washcloths, but I had already read reviews of that and brought disposable washcloths, the internet would drop and I would have to restart router. The only tv option was Roku and half the time the internet would not work so no tv to watch. I would say the biggest negative was the lack of tv. Yes, I could have logged into my Netflix account but the WiFi access was not pw protecting and I did not feel safe entering my info. Other than that it was an ok place to stay.

The location is great for the area and the cabin is nice and perfect for a weekend get away. I did have a few complaints but nothing major. The TV would only work part of the time. It would buffer for 2-3 minutes and then only play 30 seconds then buffer again. The 1st floor bathroom needs cleaned very good. There was some black mold growing above the shower and there was someone else’s bar of soap left on top of the shower. Also the picture online can be a little deceiving. There is a cabin on both side of this property but they are not right on top of you. Other than those few things the cabin is a great place to stay. Owner was kind enough to give us an extension on checkout as well.

The cabin was clean, beautiful, and in a great location! 5 of my friends and I stayed at this cabin for a weekend and absolutely loved it! Would definitely stay again.

Although the location was great, there were issues in the cabin. We never found the handbook with directions. The ice machine did not work and the fridge had broken/missing shelves. There was mold in the shower and the ceiling was leaking in the kitchen. The outdoor lights by the hot tub did not work and even the lights in the bedrooms had some missing/wouldnt turn on.

Place was nice, but for the money most cabins have more towels and cooking esencials like salt and pepper, alumuim foil, better dish detergent, dish washer detergent, trash bags, toilet paper. The only other problem was the bed upstairs was very uncomfortable.

Blinds need to be fixed or replaced, smelled like a dead mouse was somewhere in the stairs that go upstairs.not enough towels and wash cloths. But was nice. Great location.

The place was clean, well maintained and close to the Parkway. The host was very respnsive and pleasant. I would recommend it to family and friends.

My stay at this rental cabin was far from satisfactory. The main issues that stood out were the presence of mold in the shower and the numerous broken amenities. The jets in both the hot tub and upstairs jacuzzi were non-functional, and the cabin had a dirty ceiling fan, broken blender, and a pool table with loose and dirty felt, not to mention the missing tip on one of the pool cues. The lack of communication with the host when we faced ceiling leaks also added to the disappointment. While the cabin had some charming aspects, the mold and broken amenities made the experience highly unsatisfying. I wouldn't consider staying there again, as it did not meet the expected standards for a pleasant getaway.

For the price of the rental, comfortable mattresses and pillows are a must. King bed had two flat pillows (not comfortable at all) and the wall paper is peeling in the rooms. There is not enough hot water to fill up big bath tub in the master room so expect a cold bath. Would not stay again

The cabin was great, location was awesome and secluded yet close to everything! Loved the hot tub and the pool table! Could use a little TLC. Furniture in living room was very uncomfortable. No padding left in the cushions and it sleeps 6 to 8, but were only given wash cloths for 4 people. Several light bulbs were out. Owner was very responsive with any questions I had. For such a nice cabin a few extras and a little updating would have put it over the top! Still would stay here again.

This was a perfect home for 7 adults and one infant. We ate many meals at the house to avoid too many high priced meals. There were sufficient dishes, pots, and pans, etc. The location is primo!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Loved the front and back porch area. The house is laid out nicely. Spent a lot of time with the pool table.The pool cues need to be replaced. Now the few negatives. It is way past time to replace the wallpaper border. The home could use a some cobweb maintenance. Disappointed we couldn't use the jacuzzi in the master bedroom due to the black mold inside the jets.

The cabin was very cute and had good amenities. We had a couple of issues upon arrival but the host was very responsive and accommodating, offering to correct the issues. The cabin was in a good location close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Overall a pleasant stay. We would stay again.

Address listed on site is not where cabin actually is. I clicked on address to get directions and it took me down some road that looked like it was part of the hills have eyes movie. We got stuck on the crappy road and took two hours to get unstuck. Once out and back on main rd. We called check in desk, and they texted us completely different address and said sorry it happens sometimes. Cabin was nice quite and clean but starting vacation off that bad had me in a bad mood for a couple days. Multiple light bulbs out throughout cabin and spot in kitchen where A/C filter goes makes a horrible whistling noise, roku tv in living room volume does not work, and no batteries in upstairs remote, everything else was nice.

However, the basic necessities: sheet, towels, etc. were clean. The smoke detector in the kitchen was on top of the refrigerator and there isn't a fire extinguisher. The cabin overall could use an update. Definitely not something that would keep me from staying there again, just a suggestion. Also, if you enjoy playing pool I suggest bringing your own stick. The ones provided don't have tips. Overall, this is a nice property that is easy to get to and is very close to downtown Pigeon Forge.

Needs some much needed deep cleaning!! Screened in back porch needs some serious clean up of furniture, hot tub cover is in horrible shape. The screen in the back side of the hot tub was torn up pretty bad. The screened in back deck needs a serious cleaning!!!
