This house was well beyond my expectations. We were 5 adults (2 couples a single) and there was plenty of space with a room to spare. The tri-level layout was perfect for spreading out and enjoying the different aspects of the house. The downstairs game & media room with a wet bar, and the spacious outdoor patio allowed for lots of fun, and al fresco dining and lounging in the outdoor living area. The second floor for living & sleeping provided everything we needed with a gorgeous kitchen, fully stocked pantry, and plenty of seating for dining and TV viewing, as well as a small outdoor sitting area. The beds were comfortable, especially the master. The rooftop deck did not disappoint, with 360• views of the ocean & mountains.The garage was fully equipped with everything you would need for a beach day, with the sand just steps away.I highly recommend this house for your next getaway you won’t be disappointed.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Oxnard, CA over the Thanksgiving holiday. Karen and Alec were such accommodating, thoughtful, and very responsive hosts. We felt welcomed and "at home" right away. Their house was spacious and the perfect setup for all six of us plus our pets. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and would definitely stay again!

I stayed here over the Christmas and New Year while visiting family!Perfect spot and space to have dinners with a large kitchen and dining area. The home was equipped with everything one could possibly need. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable bedding.This is by far a perfect quiet neighborhood with easy beach access.Thank you for making our Christmas so special.
