1. No utensils (if you want to borrow you need to oay xtra) 2. Microwave and ref (there is but you need to pay xtra 500 and up) 3. Not worth it for 2600 4. There's somewhere we can stary for 2500 but all you need was there

No towels. Reception number not working. You have to go down to tell the staff your needs and they won’t give it right away. There was a time when there’s no electricity. Poor customer service.

Cannot connect to wifi. Not able to use the tv on the first day since there was no wifi connection. During initial call somebody came and advised to just wait for wifi connection. Despite 3 or 4 more calls during the day, nobody came to resolve

The elevator was stoping and not working properly.

The room was big. The pool was my kids favourite. There were free packed breakfast for the four of us.

The parking fee, the kettle usage were different fees. The access to pool is also not free, we had to pay twice because my kids wanted to swim in the afternoon and the following day. Also, my kids found a cockroach in the room.

1. Front desk staffs were not accommodating they didn't have a consideration although I knew that 2pm is the check-in time but we arrived early I pleased them to reconsider us to have an early check-in but they did not. It was inconvenient to stay in the lobby bec it was really hot there coz the Aircon was not working so how can you stay there to wait until 2pm???? 2. When we get to the room no kettle or even a glass to use for brushing our teeth and no towel at all. I just requested a towel luckily they provided us 2 towels. 3. I saw 2 tiny cockroaches roaming around in the CR. 4. Hard time to operate the TV ended we didn't used it. 5. The breakfast was not good..Fried egg was rubberized and hard. 6. We couldn't able to use the pool as plenty of family gathered there lookslike an escartion.

Service was a bit lacking. We requested towels due to there were no towels upon check in but we didn't got it right away then around 10pm or 11pm we tried to call the front desk and there were no answer.

We really like the facilities, the rooms are big even for a couple, very nice staff and really affordable.

I didnt like the food because its too high for a silog meals for 170 thats too much and quality are not so good.

it’s near the malls and it’s cheap, and i also like the attitude of the front desk attendant, and also the one who assist us in our room, i think it’s the manager? or supervisor? we just love the attitude of them especially the ones who assists us. they’re all nice 😉👍🏻

we didn’t like the housekeeping. bed is not that clean, we needed to ask them repeatedly, one time we requested for a tissue and it didn’t came so we personally went to the front desk to ask for one, and when it finally came, the housekeeper gave it without saying anything with a poker face( my cousin said, the female housekeeper looked pissed ) and also, we requested for toiletries on our second day, but it also didn’t came, so we just ignored it. and the windows are literally dirty, gladly we brought alcohol wipes and clean it 😅
