The balcony in the deluxe apartment has a very nice view on the canal. The propertys location is great for exploring aveiro and also for the nightlife. The interiour was beautifully selected and had a very nice theme. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and the staff lady came in earlier to hand us the keys and check the apartment for us. We really apreciated the free coffee capsules that were provided.
For our stay of five days, the bin was a bit too small. We would have also loved one more roll of toilet paper. We also notices a smell from time to time, probably coming from the shower drain. It did not bother us much, but is noticable.

Location was excellent. Easy access to town and restaurants
Traffic noise. Broken lift (flat on second floor) makes hauling heavy bags up 4 flights difficult. Damp stains on walls. Has this problem been repaired by the owners? The property address when opened in google maps via the booking.com app was incorrect
