Super clean, spacious, and well-stocked condo! Ocean front view and plenty of beach amenities. I highly recommend it!

It was the best time ever

This house was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. The check-in process was super easy. They had everything we needed. And we were only STEPS away from the beach. It was spacious. Warm, inviting, sunny, quiet, and close to all of our favorite restaurants we like from that area. We WILL be back again and again.

This is our third time at Big O' Beach. The house has plenty of size and amenities and the location couldn't be better on Pensacola Beach. It is close to the core but almost by itself when it comes to beach access. We will be back.

We loved staying at Big O Beach! Upon arrival, the property was clean and had no maintenance issues. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes to get us through the week. The townhouse is so big and spacious throughout, and I had a hard time packing up to leave! I wanted to just stay longer, but all good things must come to an end, right? I will definitely be coming back for my next stay!

The view is beautiful! The house is stocked well. Our whole family loved it until the air conditioning problem :( The down stairs unit never got below 79 degrees. (Upstairs was completely fine) We ended up having to be relocated to another unit in another town for the rest of the vacation. (We only spent one night at Big o Beach.) Tammy with Vacasa relocation services done an amazing job meeting our needs. It was just a hassle to move everything around with 10 people!!!

We have traveled to several beach rentals over the years. Big Ole Beach is our favorite so far. Yes, it is a rental so we know that sometimes that means we may have a few bumps. Vacasa’s customer service during our stay was top notch. The space was perfect for our family & honestly we felt like we could have easily hosted several more family members because of the set up. This is the first beach rental that’s had its own garage. This was wonderful. We appreciated all the beach games and chairs. The bikes are a nice touch, too.

Property needs to be refreshed. During our stay, we had no internet, the toilets didn't flush properly, clogged tub drain, and HVAC did not work on the main floor. The property also needs deep cleaning since it is pet friendly.

Beautiful home , right in the beach . Very clean and super roomy. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels in bathrooms. Would love to stay here agai.

This home is beautiful and it is right on the beach! They provided lots of extras like bikes, chairs and sand toys for the beach. I do wish there had been beach towels available and couple more trash bags would have been nice but all in all it was a great stay and we would book again!

Very clean and opened space and looking out to ocean from just about every room. Went to go ride bikes with friends and one of the seats was missing.

We loved the view from the living room and bedroom! It was so spacious and stocked to the hilt with extras you might need for the beach. Was a perfect place for our family to stay!

Beautiful home just steps from an amazing beach.

This condo is spacious and well laid out. Our family of seven enjoyed the beach and nearby restaurants during our stay for a family reunion.

Our timing was impeccable for 2 new air conditioning units were just installed prior to our arrival which was awesome due to the heat wave we are having. The home is well maintained and has everything one would need in a home away from home - and then some! Location is the absolute best for we relaxed on the deck and in the sand/beach right outside the door. Pensacola Beach is a lively, friendly place to be with yummy restaurants and fun activities. Peg Leg Petes is one of our favorite restaurants and they did not disappoint us once again. Enjoyed the bikes for a simple activity. We will be staying here again and recommend you do as well if you are looking for a wonderful, roomy spot on the beach - this is it!

We were adults and children. The size was perfect for us with easy access to beach.

It truly is the perfect spot. No need to bring ANYTHING with you. It is all supplied. Nice amenities. Steps from the beach. Cleanliness could have been stepped up. Sheets weren’t clean, lots of debris under couches, trash left in garage upon arrival. Some of those things would have normally set me off and truly for the amount of money being paid, those issues should have been addressed. It was the 2nd anniversary of my husband’s death, so the issues paled in comparison however, you may want to take it into consideration.

Loved the accommodations provided by Big O Beach/Pensacola!!! We purchased this through a fundraiser for KAYKAN. The home was right on the beach. Very spacious. Truly a home away from home. Full kitchen with all the dishes needed,stove, refrigerator and additional refrigerator in the 2-car garage!! Full size washer/dryer. Bathrooms equipped with towels. Games in the living room for all ages. Bikes to ride, tons of beach items for your enjoyment. I honestly can't say enough good things about this rental. We will definitely be returning!!!

This place was amazing! Great location and views. We're actually local to Pensacola but this beautiful stay made it a true vacation. They had everything we needed for all meals, fun things to do, and of course the beach as the backyard. We will definitely be back!

We loved this place - there was more than enough room for our group of 6. The space was clean and decorated modern/tasteful. We especially loved the stainless steel tumblers/mugs and water bottles - that was a nice touch and very convenient! The only complaint, which is consistent with other reviews is how poor the A/C worked. At night, the bedrooms were very warm and humid. Since we couldn’t turn the thermostat down due to owner instructions, it remained very steamy upstairs! There were lots of extra fans to use but they weren’t enough to keep me cool at night and get good sleep. Outside of the weak A/C, it was a perfect place!

This is our second year staying at the Big O on Pensacola Beach and again, it was fabulous! The space allowed us to spread out and it’s so conveniently located on the beach, coffee every morning with toes in the sand did not disappoint! It was interesting to see how the beach changed in one year but the water was still clear and the sand sugary white. Hardly anyone was on the beach. We only ate one meal out as the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and grill too! Now that the bridge to downtown Pensacola is repaired it was so convenient to get back and forth to the airport, only about 15-20 min. There are PLENTY of towels there and washer and dryer to do laundry so no need to over pack. Bring beach towels along and my advise it to pack extra dish detergent tabs, dryer sheets, laundry tabs and kitchen trash bags so you don’t have to buy large quantities when you’re there. The owners have a garage well organized with tons of beach toys for kids, bikes, snorkel masks and fins, flashlights for evenings when you want to search for crabs on the beach and an arrangement with a local chair company to provide two chairs and a beach umbrella which was REALLY nice for shade! The accommodations from the coffee bar to the oversized comfy couch and huge dining table made it an ideal workspace for our kids who had to keep up with online schoolwork and family card games at night. A few suggestions I made to the owners from last year were implemented and made our stay even better this year! The management at Vacasa is exceptional. They called the day after we arrived to make sure everything was clean and operational when we arrived. The female rep from Vacasa called mid-stay to notify us that the home warranty repair man was going to be there the next day to replace the microwave. When the repairman called to tell her he could come out earlier, within 20-30 min she notified us promptly and after finding our our teenage daughter was at the rental by herself (she’s 17) and we were downtown, she even offered to come over to be with our daughter so she wouldn’t the alone with the repair man. How considerate and much appreciated!!!! We love this condo and it’s always fun to meet other vacationers on each side of the condo. We will definitely be back again!!
