JAZ Soma Beach

A special thank you to Mr. Khaled for his warm welcome and attention throughout our stay. Huge thanks as well to Chef Mostafa and Chef Ahmed. The food was excellent, fresh, and well prepared every single day. I also want to thank the housekeeping team. The room was spotless throughout our stay, and you can see the care they put into their work. The beach is clean and well maintained, which makes every day relaxing and enjoyable for both us and the kids.

My only concerns are the price and the rooms. The room was very clean, but it feels outdated for what you pay. A renovation, or a price that better reflects the room's condition,

Location super clean and well maintained. Staff is exceptional at every level.!!! Let me just mention Nasser Ahmed from the Egyptian restaurant , the guys from the pool bar… all nice and welcoming people. I cannot really thank them enough for the lovely holiday we spent in the last two weeks here. Food was good various and well cooked. We could basically choose everything different every day of our stay.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say that everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was impressed by the outstanding level of service, attention to detail, cleanliness, comfort, and overall hospitality. What truly made my stay special was the incredible staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They always went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and positive attitude made me feel more like a valued guest than just a customer. The entire team deserves a huge thank you for their hard work and dedication. It is clear that they take great pride in what they do, and their excellent service makes a real difference. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and every detail reflects the care and professionalism of the team. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, excellent service, and a truly memorable stay. A very special thank you to the incredible guy Mr. Nasser, the customer relation officer really thank you 🙏, Ms.Donia from the reception and Ahmed Hatem from the Beach bar and the entire team for making my stay so comfortable, enjoyable, and unforgettable. I will definitely be coming back again!
