The staff was very helpful and friendly, we had a warm welcome and the flat was user friendly.

The place was a bit untidy, the bathroom mats were dirty and unable to use during bathtime. The floors were a bit dirty. And some of the bedroomitems like cusions were dirty with unpleasant stains on them.

The place is very close to the beach and places of entertainment. Separate braai area

Fridge was not working, staff member Busi was very rude to us when we report the fridge. Shortage of linen for people sleeping on couches. Shortage of spoon. Property owners didn't attend to our fridge problem,we ended up throwing away our staff that was spoiled. Dirty laundry kept in cupboard. Paying extra cash for late arrival to pay for transportation of the assistant. We had a problem with parking because our bakkie was too big to enter inside the garage. We parked outside the garage but not blocking any cars. The caretaker came to us and demand us to move our car without giving any options where to park. The treatment we had was unpleasant.

The location, the apartment was nice and clean.

Not getting back my money on time, waited for 2 months and I had to threaten them with lawyers. So unproffessional

The house, the decor, furniture were clean and also bathrooms.

We love everything; except the sink in kitchen is blocked..

The tv wasn't working on the 1st night but the host managed to attend the the problem and made sure it got fixed.
