Cleanliness and space

Very spacious Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable lots of space shower is great!! Lots of sleeping space Dark bedrooms for a great nights rest Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance

Address tricky to find without light on Outside light wasn’t left on and couldn’t locate the light Stairs are extremely dangerous as I fell down and was a little bruised up Beds weren’t made but Anna said she would send someone over to make them and it was late 11 pm so we did it ourselves (not sure if they were clean sheets or not we were tired) Floors weren’t cleaned under couches as there was food and dirt from past few guests dirty sock on bedroom floor in bedroom (during COVID times the place should have been more disinfected and cleaned more properly) Very busy staff sometimes takes days for a call back!!

Location was great. Very close to Ottawa downtown. A quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery shops, Tim Hortons and other essentials. Anna was a great host. Place was really clean and organized. I recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit Ottawa and Gatineau. Will definitely consider on our next trip.
