Location is good, staff are nice
The hotel room is not soundproofed at all. You can literally hear every single word said by one on the hallway. Really disturbing.

Limpieza y eso me asombró pues es súper aseado , localizado en muy buen lugar todo donde iba súper cerca volvería a estar allí sin dudarlo y podría recomendarlo .
El parqueadero muy complicado y el que ofrece el hotel es un poco alto su precio 😫

This property is the nicest stylish hotel in the city. The atmosphere makes it worth a visit. The staff are incredible and willing to do anything to help make your stay perfect. Special shout out to Caleb for going extra and beyond for us.

Hôtel très bien rénové avec superbe atrium , très bon bistro français La Cocotte. Personnel très attentionné et accueillant. Belle chambre. Et excellent lit. Excellente localisation près des Musées.
Chambre pas très grande pour le prix. Pas de baignoire. La douche était grande mais j’aurais apprécié une douche téléphone.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great concierge services. We loved the large gym room where our boys could play basketball (!) and table tennis. Very family-friendly hotel. We liked the personal and attentive attitude towards the guests. Very knowledgeable sommelier in the restaurant/bar.
Valet parking is expensive; not unusual for a larger city, though.

It’s very nicely decorated; stylish but understated. The atrium is a very nice feature. The breakfast was very good, and room service was speedy. The bed was very comfortable and the room was larger than a standard hotel room.

Really everything. The hotel is beautiful and romantic. Room was great, and well appointed. The bathroom was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. All the staff are friendly and willing to help. The food at the restaurant is great. A wonderful experience. Instagram worthy. A 5 star hotel. This will be my go to hotel when going to Ottawa from now on
This is so minor. I wish the water pressure in the bathroom showers were higher.
